Worse service. They messed up on everything! You'll find better service and better tasting soda at McDonald's! Every time I come here I've never had a good experience. I will not come back , nor would I suggest this place to anyone!

I called before going there to make sure they are open during the bad weather.when I arrived, they told me they decided to close, closed 15 minutes after my call. What I got is a cold apology from the manager. Your apology is worthless to me, it wont save my 40 minutes driving back and force from the store, and you did not have the minimum respect to call me back while I am on the way to to the restaurant to let me know you guys decided to close early

We sat down for 10 min before server greeted us, we didn’t get our drinks for another 30 min, my significant others drink was not correct I had ordered a non alcoholic drink because I am 4 months pregnant and the server served me a mojito instead of the passion fruit nomojito. Our apetizer took about 45 minutes to get to us and it was cold but we were hungry so we ate it. We decided not to get food because of how long everything took. The bartender came to me and asked if I wanted another mojito my significant other angerly said as in the alcoholic drink bartender said yes that’s what your server had ordered for you she apologized for server let the manager know manager was apologetic as well, when the server came to apologize he said “you had ordered a mojito” which to me didn’t seem like an apology it was rude because I know I’m pregnant and wouldn’t have ordered that. I was not happy with this situation. Management apologized and offered a gift card but wasn’t able to give it to us cause your system was down.

I stopped at my normal BWW in Omaha and they weren't showing the fights...even though I looked it up online and they said they were....handmade sign said they would play reruns at night rather than show live. Drove to Papillion. Waited for 40 minutes for food but got to see the fights. My waitress was great and paid for the food since I waited so long. There is a huge MMA fan base here in the Omaha metro. May have to go elsewhere if BWW can't step up their game, which is a shame because I love their food.

Good food and service. Sports bar with plenty of seating. Food was hot and tasty. Service was good and speedy, even with waitress just coming on shift for a Friday night.

I took my family to this restaurant around 12.30pm on Saturday February 4, 2023. The food came out at different intervals, children LAST. approximately 20 minutes between first meal to last meal. I complained to waiter who told me if I wanted food delivered at same time I had to ask for it. very dissappointed that our family of 6 (3 children under age 5) received such POOR SERVICE. probably won't be back

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a BWW. We ordered 2 orders of wings, wedges with a side of queso, and onion rings. 5 minutes after we order they bring out an order of wedges covered in cheese and ask if they're ours. I let the runner know that we did not get an appetizer but he said if we ordered wedges these were ours, they have a "hot and ready" button because the kitchen is too busy they can't let it sit there. So he refused to take them back and bring them back as I asked, cheese on the side and WITH my food. I'm sure there were alot of other people waiting for wedges and I know that it takes 3 minutes to cook them because I worked the front and back of the house at 2 different WAY busier BWW. We watched them bring random food out to people so nobody at any table was eating together. This is ridiculous. After waiting 40 minutes the waitress came back and said she was going to go back and make our food. Are you kidding me? There aren't the words to describe how bad of an experience this was. Don't waste ur time or money.

We arrived just after opening time. We had not been there before. We were a party of two. We waited to be seated, as there were 4 people chatting behind the To go counter, and we didn't see a sign saying to seat ourselves. We kind of waited for someone to welcome us, or at least tell us to seat ourselves. Eventually we went to a booth on our own. The server took our drink order, and said the menu was available by scanning the code on the table. We are both in our 70s. I guess we looked bewildered because she said she'd bring us actual printed menus. After a bit we ordered. I ordered the sauced chicken sandwich and fries, and my companion ordered 6 wings. After a bit, the wings came out. (Delivered by someone other than who took our order) No sandwich. I told my friend not to wait for me to be served. My friend actually had finished 3 of his wings before yet another server brought my sandwich and apologized for the wait. Ok, it's 11:45am. The ketchup bottle on our table was empty. I waited, thinking someone would come by to check on us. I finally looked around for ketchup on another table. The one closest to us had no ketchup at all so I wandered 2 tables down to find some. Our $3.29 each iced tea glasses were never refilled, nor did anyone ask if we wanted refills. A young man cleared our plates and asked if we wanted our check. He brought the check, ran my card and thanked us. As we left, I expected one of the 5 people standing at the takeout counter to at least say thanks for coming in, as most places do when you leave. Nope. I won't be back. Food was nothing special and service stunk.

The waiter I had for lunch seemed very aloof, hardly checked on me and never got me a refill when my drink cup was empty for more than 10 mins. He also needs a little bit of a bigger shirt while I was ordering his belly was hanging out. He also for whatever reason pulled out his cell phone and laid it down on my table while I was ordering. After I placed my order the food did come out in a timely manner and tasted good.

Took an hour to prepare food when there was no seating in the restaurant. Food was cold, fries were hard, box that burger came in was smashed. Ordered a full sized salad, and got a very small portion, including box it was in salad was thrown everywhere. Went back and (looked like a manager)with pink hair was very rude and straight up said that we were wrong, and walked away from us and stayed in the back. Phone rang twice and she didn’t pick it up and still stayed in the back.
