Buffalo Wild Wings

This place has tanked in its rating. Used to be a good place where they were quick, friendly and the manager took care of his customers. Recently you have to wait 30 minutes past the time you're told and it's not busy inside, sit on hold for 10 minutes and never get anyone back on the phone. The wings were overcooked and crunchy with nearly no sauce and the fries were cold and limp. Hoping the Bellevue one is better because this one is done.

Ordered online through the app twice this week because I was craving their mango habanero chicken tenders. The first time the food was okay but they handed my order out to the wrong person and had to remake it, no biggie, but then I got home and they forgot my ranch I paid for. Went back to get it and when I got home there were huge tomatoes on my salad which I requested off. I was hungry at that point and picked them off. Second time I ordered basically the same thing and they forgot all my sauces, mango habanero and ranch, and had to wait forever before someone even noticed me. I normally don't complain or post reviews but this was ridiculous, twice in a couple days, c'mon.

Ordered a smoked brisket burger that comes with 2 patties, didn't receive patties. Had 2 servers on gameday, waited 37 minutes for our order after being told there was no wait, we were served without silverware, napkins or wetnaps. Management shrugged off any mishaps and refunded the burger. Won't be returning to this location. One of my favorite places to go. Thanks

Went to "B-Dubs" tonight for a few Cosmos... I didn't know what I wanted so the bartender helped me to decide and was AMAZING! Service was excellent and friendly! Drinks were great... Definitely should visit this location more often!

Ordered for pickup. Food was over 15 minutes late. Food missing sauce. Will likely pass on this location next time. Food reviewed by no one there.

Awesome food; absolutely abysmal service & management. We went during a very non-busy time. Nevertheless, there was a lone out the front door of (mostly) pickup orders waiting to speak to an employee. Even though there were multiple employees standing around watching the game, we waited for quite a while to even be shown to our seats. Our waiter was incredibly rude, and in a rush to get back to the game every time he was burdened with serving us. He messed up my wife’s drink (water with lemon was too complicated), then failed to bring critical food items (no ketchup with fries, no celery with wings). Some of the absolute worst customer service ever. As we were leaving, I heard another customer belt out, “Never again!” I agree, friend.

We ordered on Thursday evening and were told to get the Thursday BOGO deal we had to order over the phone. Online it states you can choose up to 8 of the ranch, bleu cheese, celery, carrots and they continued to tell me I could only have 4. We received two ranch containers with them each barely being half filled. It is very difficult to enjoy wings when you don't have enough to dip them into. We also ordered the ultimate nachos and received them with no meat and barely any toppings on them. It was as if we were basically eating overpriced chips. Not impressed and will not be returning in the near future.

Enjoyed not only the food but the company of my family who also love wings

Good - waiter was excellent, very good service. Clean establishment. Bad - food was bland or bad. I could have made better french fries in my microwave, and that's not a joke. They were incredibly dry and cold, almost as though they had been overcooked 3 hours before and just left there in case someone ordered them. The hamburger was very bland, and the boneless buffalo wings were overpowering, as though they had been soaked in sauce and fried three times over. Was there actually chicken under that half inch of crust? Couldn't tell... Honestly, this could have been either a two or one star rating except that the waiter was very very nice and did his best. However he does not make up for the terrible food preparation and taste

Was my favorite place to eat for a long time, but to say it has gone down hill is and understatement. Has been bad for a while, but have just looked the other way thinking maybe it was just an off day. Though when every time is bad it’s time to just not go again. Today was the final straw. Took forever to get our drinks, the beers were not even close to being full(get it times tough gotta short here and there). Ordered 4 meals and 3 of them came out wrong. Only sent one meal back as it has extra sour cream instead of the requested no sour cream. When it came back out it was made wrong again. Our ketchup was out to went to grab some off and empty table and empty also. Checked a few more and also empty Never got asked if we wanted refills just sat there with empty drinks.
