Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered one of the beer Specials, "Sorry we are out." Ordered a Busch light, "Sorry we are out." Finally found a beer that was available. Wife order a diet Pepsi, "Sorry we are out." No other diet options, so water it is. We ordered wings and a wrap, the wings were on the table in less then 10 minutes. Thought I would do the polite thing and wait to eat when wifes food was on the table, that was 15 minutes later. Our waiter was awesome and the food was good.

If i could give this location 0 stars i would! I came to this location with a friend to have some drinks and food and i ordered a tall apple cidar from the tap and once the waiter brought it,i drank a few sips before noticing some particles floating at the bottom of the glass. We told our waiter and all he gave us was a simple "apology" He didn't notify his manager or anyone else. We were so digusted we walked out immediately. Please don't eat or drink here. You don't know what infections you will be exposing yourself or children to by eating and drinking at such a dirty place! I will never support any buffalo wild wings! I can only hope i don't get food poisoning.

Didn't have a good time here but our server was excellent. Food came out wrong and 2 out of 4 of us were served. We had waited for over 45 min to get the food and decided to get it to go after talking with the manager. I'm giving B dubs a 4 star because in the end of all of it they got our missing food done and management comped the 2 missing orders of the bill and gave me some promo tickets. Will eventually go back.. just not yet.

Food was good. Our waitress was great.

Walked in to no one waiting to seat us. Place had more employees working than patrons. Waited several minutes to get a booth. Waited several more minutes before a server approached us. He seemed in a hurry the entire stay. We ordered drinks to start. He dropped them off and walked away even though we were ready to order. When our server finally came back we ordered and he kept trying to leave mid order, like he had somewhere else to be. My fiancé barely got her order out and he was gone. When our food was brought out by another employee, who didn’t seem to care, she just set it on the table and walked off. Didn’t even have time to ask her for silverware. After we finally got our servers attention by yelling at him as he ran by he came back and literally threw a pile of napkins and 2 wraps of utensils on the table as he went by. Never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything else. My fiancé ate her fries plain, I sat and waited for our server so I could get ketchup and the sauce for my brisket tacos that I had ordered. He never showed up. 20 minutes later he walked by and asked how our food was. I told him it was probably cold and I wanted our check minus my meal which I never touched. He said his manager would be right out to speak with us. 10 more minutes went by we finally got our check for what we ate and on our way out the manager finally showed up wanting to talk. No thank you. We left and warned the 2 families waiting at the entry to be seated to go somewhere else. They had been standing there for probably 10 minutes. Will. Never. Go. Back. Recommend going next door to Red Robin or drive to another BWW.

Food was good. Server was timely, without being in our face. She did recommend we take advantage of the BOGO on traditional wings. My only complaint is that I had to go to the counter and ask for a bag for the 3 boxes we had. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.

Ordered takeout. Staff let someone - not us - walk out with it. We were even early. They told us they would remake it, and it would be out in 10-15 minutes. Took 30. Won't come back here.

This review addresses the pickup order process. It is extremely frustrating and slow. The employee working the takeout area had to answer phone calls, take phone orders, take pickup order payments, and hand out pickup orders. One person trying to do all of this only slows down the pickup process. The process for waiting for pickup service is disorganized. More than once someone just walking in walked to the counter because they thought everyone standing around was waiting for something else. I wondered if those ahead of me were actually waiting for the takeout service, or waiting for tables, or already had been helped and were waiting for their food. The entryway is tight as it is, having 10 people standing there waiting to pickup their food is frustrating and it looks bad. I did not get my full pickup order and had to drive back to get the rest of my food. Then had to rewait in the line to get my missing food. This is a regular occurrence when I order food from this location BWW. Normally I double check my order at the store, last night I didn't because everything was so chaotic. Me getting my full order shouldn't rely on me the customer to verify it. We enjoy BWW, but we are quickly deciding the cost is not worth the effort it takes to get our food, and get it right. Its time to make positive change or lose customers.

Awesome food, customer service, and atmosphere.

If I could give a 0 I would. Sundays are our family nights and we thought of getting delivery from here after a long day of work. We decided to order through their site since door dash doesn't give you the option for the sauce bottles. Once I finish my order the site said the order would take an hour to be delivered. I shrugged it off since it might be busy. I kept an eye on the order to see when it was done and the driver would be on their way. It took a while for them to make the order but the time had not change. It wasn't until 5 minutes till my order was suppose to get here when they send me a text saying it would take about 15 more minutes. I checked again and it had not even left the kitchen. Our order finally got home over an hour later. Two orders were wrong, the wings were badly package, and one of our celery bags was bad. We called in to complain about the order and the manager Kim blamed it on the delivery services. After a while about complaining to her about this she started to complain. About how they can't keep managers and workers. She said she was going to cry in the freezer and just acted very unprofessional. It would have been understandable if she had explain they have been busy or something happen, but she was not proffecuonal at all. We have never had issues with the delivery service and the site should not give an estimate if it is true that they don't keep their food out for long and if they don't know how long it will take. This location needs to be checked and needs a better staff starting from the manager. They need to make sure the food is correct and of good quality. Will never get food from here again!
