Cesar was friendly, courteous, helpful, and his troubleshooting was spot on with our dishwasher problem. He ordered the part and our dishwasher was up and running in less than a week. His customer service was excellent and he did a terrific job.

I called them this morning to get my dishwasher repaired, and they were over in just a couple hours... Talk about ASAP! Cesar, the technician, came over and knocked it out really fast. He was kind, professional, and helpful. Price was fair. Couldn't recommend them more!

Cesar did a phenomenal job trouble shooting our issue. He was knowledgeable about our repair need and communicated it confidently and professionally. My experience with ASAP on multiple occasions has been impressive.

I called ASAP appliances and plumbing on 10 June for an estimate to install a water softener I had recently just bought. I got an estimate the very next day by Chris. After the estimate, I asked Chris if he was able to install it today. He told me that he was able to but needed to go back the shop to get some supplies. An hour later he came back with another technician Scott to help with the install. Both of them showed professionalism and took great pride on their work. A picture say a thousands word so I’ve attached a photo of their work for all to see. It was a pleasure to have Chris and Scott as both were easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We really appreciated the way Doug kept returning to fix our dryer, he wanted it to be right and kept replacing parts until it was working again. You could tell he took pride in doing the job right, only charged us for parts after the initial visit. We highly recommend this company for appliance repair, they are the best!

I started doing business with ASAP about 10-13 years ago. They are the best with appliance repair. My technician Cesar on my last service call was beyond EXCELLENT! He's knowledgeable, fast and he's a good guy! I highly recommend ASAP

They came to my home to give me an estimate for hooking up a new kitchen sink. Including putting together the new sink together and one shut off valve. A 400.00 dollar service from any other company I spoke with and that was the high side of them. The estimate he gave me was for 1235.00 a complete rip off never use this company. They want me to pay 149.00 for an estimate. He was at my home less than 5 minutes and not a tool used are you kidding. What a joke. I didn't realize they would be 4 times higher than any other plumber. What a complete scam I bet they just make money from the estimates and never actually do any work. I would like to ad that after posting this review they had me call the office manager who was not in. The assistant manager did end up waiving the fee. I was told the new program they are using is sometimes not good.

John was our technician. He did an absolutely fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even removed his shoes before entering the house and was conscientious about protecting the floor and area around where he was working to prevent damaging anything. He knew what was wrong and was able to get the repair done very quickly. John took the time to explain the issues and answer all our questions. Thank you so much, John. ASAP Appliance and Plumbing Service gave my seventy year old bathroom a gorgeous new lease on life at a great price. New tub/surround, pipes, subfloor and vinyl plank floor. A big shout out to Chris the plumber. He takes great pride in his work and is a most conscience and industrious professional.
