Great experience! Our refrigerator was having problems and ASAP sent over their technician, Shawn, to help. He was very professional, nice, worked efficiently, and answered all of my questions. After ordering the new part, the issue was resolved quickly and our refrigerator is doing great.

Asap came out to fix my washer and they really mean ASAP. Shawn was there early and fixed everything in less than 10 minutes. Great guy gave me some tips on how to prevent the issue and a heads up on a different problem on it. Fantastic service definitely recommend.

My dishwasher would not drain properly. I called ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Services & they came out promptly. Ryan(749343) diagnosed the problem but had to order a part. The part came in and he was ready to replace it within 3 days. Unfortunately I was called out of town & had to postpone. I made an appointment for the day i returned & he replaced the part. Ryan was very efficient & careful to clean up everything and my dishwasher is running fine now. I strongly recommend ASAP Appliance & Plumbing Service and will be using them again if I ever have need again!

Family owned by Sean and his wife. Sean makes service field calls and will make it right no matter how many trips it may take. When you want to dispose of your old appliances, they will take them from your home. They state that they will pay you for your old appliances, however they took two of mine and never reimbursed me for it, wven though I called several times to inquire about it, Sean was always "busy with another customer."

Had a great experience with ASAP Repairs and more specific the technician Cesar R. He was simply amazing to work with. He was fast & efficient, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s clear, he’s truly passionate about his craft. Thanks again Cesar!

So this was a good experience AND a horrible experience. So, I just moved in to a new apartment and was having issues with the oven and the toilet from the very first day. So, I had two different servicemen out at two different times. So, the 1st one, I think his name was Elijah, was an absolute joy to work with. He came to look at the stove. He was pleasant polite, professional, and helpful. The plumber though, I think maybe his name was John, was a completely rude jerk. I explained that it didnt seem to be flushing properly from the beginning and i was having to plunge it 10-15 times PER DAY. Eventually, the plunging wasn't doing the trick. He accused me of putting baby wipes in the toilet. I assured him I had not. I dont have a baby and dont even OWN any wet ones. I tried to think of anything else it could have been. We had some paper towels. I used some cleaning wipes. I hadn't put either of these in the toilet tho. He just kept trying to argue and insist that I had put baby wipes in the toilet. The problem was there when I moved in though, so I'm not sure how I put the non-existent baby wipes in the toilet BEFORE I moved in. I am 54 years old and I dont need a 22 yr old try to explain to me how toilets work. I did my absolute best not to go Karen on the guy. Then, as he was leaving, he insisted it was fixed and "reminded" me not to flush baby wipes. I bit my tongue wished him a good day and shut the door. Three hours later, the toilet was back to not working properly AGAIN. And I still dont own any baby wipes. 🤷🏽‍♀️ p.s. i called and the receptionist said she would pass it on to "her supervisor". its been a full week. no one ever called. meanwhile, the issue is right back to where it was before. And i still dont have any wet ones in my house. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I researched online and called several companies, but the earliest any of them could come out would have been in the middle of August. I called on July 16th ASAP Appliance and they set up an appointment 3 days later. Cesar was the tech that came out. From 1 to 10, I would give Cesar a "20". Cesar was very curious and passionate in explaining everything to us. Cesar had to order a part for our washer and he stated it would take about a week to get the part. I was notified that the part came in and called to set up an appointment to be installed. I informed my family and friends of the experience I had with ASAP Appliance and recommended them for any repairs. I also told them to ask for Cesar. I’ve had to call ASAP a couple times in the last month. Once for my dishwasher and again for a customer after my employee got a lil aggressive pulling out their dishwasher to install tile. Shawn happened to be the tech on both and he was great. Punctual, communicated issues well, and can’t beat their price. I will definitely be using ASAP services from now on

THEY WERE HIRED TO UNCLOG A TOILET. 245 DOLLARS AND 2 VISITS LATER, THE TOILET WAS STILL CLOGGED. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW TOILET BECAUSE THE WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW. PLUMBING 101, MY BROTHER IN LAW AND I USED A SNAKE AND FOUND A PLASTIC SPOON.THE TOILET WORKS JUST FIND NOW. I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ASAP PLUMBING TWICE, BUT THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. JUST BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND.
