Cesar came to our house fixed the stove and he gave the best customer service I have ever experienced. The stove stopped working again the same day and he returned and fixed it again and stayed to make sure it would continue to work. He explained step by step why it wasn't working and why it may appear to stop working and how to get it to start again! He was extremely kind to my kids and even cracked jokes and made wonderful small talk and very patient!

Same day service for a reasonable price! Tariq was the service technician and provided excellent service! He is efficient, thorough, professional, personable and knowledgeable! I give ASAP Appliance and Plumbing my highest recommendation!!

UPDATED: After posting a 1 star review less than 24 hours ago due to some problems we were having with ASAP, ASAP has fixed and installed our new bathtub and shower. There was an issue with our drain that came up during the installation, but they were able to quickly resolve them and gave us a large discount due to the delays, for which we are very thankful. The quality of their work is great, and our new bathtub and shower look great. Although we were upset with ASAP, they ended up responding to our complaint quickly and still provided high quality work. Their customer service to address and resolve our problems was great, and I'm very thankful to have stuck with them to finish the job.

I called ASAP and they came out very quickly. My oven wasn’t getting hot. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, which arrived yesterday. Today Robert came back and installed all the new parts. He was very professional and courteous and my appliance is now working again. I am very pleased with the service I received from ASAP. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would. I would recommend them. Avril Brownhall

Cesar was the technician assigned to repair my dishwasher. He was very friendly, pleasant, and we had great conversation while he worked to repair my dishwasher. He was absolutely efficient and clean. I hate when repair people come and leave a mess. Cesar did not do this. He even brought a blanket to lay down I front of the dishwasher while he worked. I've been using ASAP for a few years and definitely recommend them! The owner, Sean (spelling?) is also very nice and super knowledgeable. Taylor is also down to earth and very transparent when booking your appointment and following up the day of. Again, couldn't ask for a better plumbing and appliance repair service! Definitely recommend them and their prices are reasonable.

I called ASAP on the Friday after Thanksgiving when most places are closed. They came out at 5:30 that evening. Caesar was excellent, clean, and knew his business. I needed a new pump it was ordered, delivered, and repaired in a very timely manner. The ladies in the scheduling office were very nice and accommodating also. I would call this company again.

Have a hard time with my dryer not heating our clothes. It takes 2+ cycles to dry a load of laundry. My husband is fairly handy and we took the dryer apart and tested the heating components. All tested fine. We vacuumed the dryer out while it was apart. We cleaned the vent from the dryer to the outside of the house. Everything we could think of. Still no luck. Called ASAP to come check it out, maybe we’re missing something. Our tech did absolutely nothing. He tested how hot the dry got and said “this is normal.” My husband asked what is considered normal. He responded, “this is.” The tech told us we need all the heating components replaced and it would cost almost $500 dollars. We asked if he was going to test them and he said he didn’t have to. That he knew what was wrong based “off of experience.” Well they all tested fine not even a month ago, so…. I called the office to get our $$ back and she was going to look into it. She said he doesn’t have to take it apart because they have a diagnostic tool they hook up, similar to a car, where it will give you error codes. We told her he didn’t even do that and that he knew what was wrong based off experience. She told me that when you go to the dr.’s office they give advice based off of their experience. You’re kidding me right. That may be true, but dr.’s still run tests, I.e. blood work, X-rays, scans, etc. to confirm, or not, their diagnosis. I will never use this company again. And by the way, I’m a nurse and am very familiar with doctors. Some I would not recommend and ASAP will also be in that group. They’re in the same category as dr.’s now I guess.

Cesar was amazing! He was so friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my dryer. He ordered all the necessary parts and fixed it and I am so happy it works now. I would recommend Cesar to anyone. He came when it was super cold out; he deserves a raise ;)

ASAP Appliance was extremely professional and really took all the steps to investigate the issue, so that it could be repaired correctly. We would highly recommend their services to our family and friends.

Our 5-yr Refrigerator gave out over Thanksgiving Weekend and no other metro area company would not come out as we didn’t have a contract with them; whereas ASAP ensured a technician would be over ASAP! Although the refrigerator was comprised, John was very professional and considerate in recommending options.
