Aksarben ARS Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

The company was very responsive to my slight emergency situation. The technician thoroughly researched the issue and its cause. He then discussed his findings. He told me what needed immediate attention and what should be addressed over the next 6 to 12 months. Matthew was an outstanding tech and left me feeling comfortable in my decision to use Aksarben Heating and Air.

I started the morning off by calling all the local HVAC companies I could find, as my furnace stopped working overnight. Most places told us they wouldn't be able to come service our furnace until after hours and that they would have to charge me emergency fees. Aksarben ARS was able to get to a tech to my home in 2 hours, and I was all fixed up within the hour after that. Our tech, Ryan Finch, was very friendly. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms and gave honest recommendations for future maintenance. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Quick to get a tech out when my old water heater died thanks to cancellation list. Tech was wonderful and personable. Despite complicated installation, he made it happen, and always answered my questions (related or not) along the way. He was also very respectful of my medical condition. Derek did a great job!

Our service technician Ryan was great! He was very informative and explained everything he was doing through the entire process in an easy to understand and straightforward manor. He was very personable and friendly and very respectful of our home. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The technician, Brian R., was awesome! He was very personable and I will request him for future service on my HVAC system. Technically he was late, but it was communicated with me and expectations were made clear. Something to note, we had a couple of -40 degree days recently so I understood the delay of getting to those without heat before getting to my routine maintenance call. Overall very happy with the company and technician.

We had a great experience with Aksarben for a plumbing issue. We had a horrible septic backup and we had to remove a toilet to get it fixed. We discovered the pipe work was very old and we were unable to install a new toilet ourselves. Aksarben came out after everything was cleaned up and was able to install a new toilet. The work was great, the customer service was great, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. We will definitely use Aksarben again.

The technician Mike was amazing! We had such an awful experience with Choice Home Warranty where we went 5 days without heat, only to have some fly by night person come to fix and he just made it worse! Aksarben ARS was responsive, professional and they came out same day and fixed the mess from the other tech that messed everything up! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all our Heating and A/C etc. needs!!! Thank you so much for the great service and warmth!!!

Living in an older neighborhood with a lot of trees and after one sewer back up experience about a year ago, we knew that our sewer line was not in good condition. When another, smaller, problem arose recently, we called Aksarben to see if they could help us out. They certainly could, but also offered to take care of our sewer line at the same time to minimize just how many times our yard would get torn up for plumbing. The estimate process was fair and the work began quickly. Despite facing a couple of challenges during the work making things a little more difficult than initially anticipated, the bid price was honored. Damien and Eric's team made a stressful situation much less stressful and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and I truly believe treated us the way they would want to be treated. As a bonus, they were great with our dogs and with our toddler who had a blast watching all the work being done! We highly recommend their team.

My water heater failed Sunday morning and I contacted Home Depot for a replacement with their contracted installers Aksarben ARS. I was contacted later that day by Aksarben and was set to have my estimate that Monday morning. Chandler the estimator arrived and was very thorough with the recommendations for my new unit setting my appointment for later that day. Brady and Tyler the techs who replaced it, arrived on time and the job was completed within an hour and a half, taking the old unit with them. Both techs were competent and demonstrated the skills and training in the job they did. I might have paid a little more than average, but the results were worth it. Thanks Home Depot and Aksarben ARS for a job well done!

They were supposed to run a new gas line as we were switching to a gas range. Instead of going back to the main line and bringing over 3/4 inch line they tapped into the 1/2 feeding the water heater that was close by. All they did was replace the elbow with a T connection and run 10 ft of 1/2 in flex pipe through the floor, which I am not sure is even code? The valve behind the range was put in sloppy so the range won’t go all the way back to the wall. For this we waited 2 weeks they changed nearly $800 and were not here an hour? I called their customer service and never got a call back. My wife and daughter were the ones here and both felt the techs complained a lot and would have done it right had a guy been there.
