Joe came out in about 30 minutes from first contact and was extremely professional, honest and courteous about the water we had in our basement. I would highly recommend this company and Joe, he really went the extra mile for us when we really had no idea what the next step was!

We recently had some flooding in our basement due to the melted snow and all of the rain. Joe got right out to help us! He was so nice to work with and did an amazing job. Within just a few days the water was all dried up. He was so awesome enough to even help me get some moldy boxes out to our trash can! I would recommend Joe to anyone!

Joe was great. Showed up on time and got the job done! He is pleasant and professional. Called another place first (well know with a supposed good rep). It was very clear they were scamming for insurance money and intended to tear the place down before even seeing it. They insisted on the insurance deductible before I had decided if I was making a claim Not Joe he came out and gave me an honest estimate of what it would take to get the job done and then did it in a timely fashion. Shaun, Stephen and another worker did a fantastic job recently at my mother's home. Shaun met with me the same night of the incident and accessed the damages. The next morning they were on time to start cleanup. Very professional, accommodating, polite and by far the best workers I have been in contact with in a long time. I highly recommend this team! My family is safe thanks to Joseph Balabous operations manager. We called United water restoration a few days ago to check for water damage and mold because my family's health has been declining and our air quality in our Townhouse was feeling very poor on 9/29/19 Our washer hook up was leaking bad our office and maintenance made us wait 4 days before they fixed the leak and was notified of the water damage caused by them they said the remedied The issue so we thought they fixed the damage as well so we let it be recently we had a leaky faucet in our kitchen and i took pictures of the damage and my fiancee and i called because it looked bad and when we called United Water Restoration Joseph Balabous response time was amazing and i showed him the photos before he entered and when he used his moisture meter and got a control of 167 then the meter read 999 from the washer dryer location as well as almost the entire floor in front of the kitchen sink it read 208 confirmed water damage cause by the 2 leaky faucet however he said the washer dryer leak was what caused most of the damage and he said this townhouse is not safe you and your family need to get out . I found mold in my storage unit and ended up googling mold removal. The first thing that popped up I clicked on and it just so happened to lead me to Omaha Ne United Water Restoration and I spoke with Tara, whom by the way was absolutely wonderful and beyond helpful! I love when integrity is at play and she was just the first display of it! She placed me on hold even though in my situation there wasn’t really anything they could do for me and my personal items. However, she took the time to get me to Joe here in Omaha as she wasn’t. Joe called me back in LESS than 10 minutes of my hanging up with Tara. I was able to discuss a few things with him and he offered to come and take a look at my things still inside my storage. I also have a funny feeling he used his lunch and personal time to do so!! He was beyond professional the entire time and super helpful when I came to advice on what to do, how to treat it, what to treat it with! Just, again integrity at its absolute finest and that for me, speaks volumes! Very honest and very reliable and if I was to ever have to any unfortunate event with mold where they could help me, trust and believe they would be the ones! Joe came out to take a look at our attic area to help us determine if we had a mold issue based on a recent home inspection. He was professional and honest. We had been given some very expensive quotes for mold remediation. One of the other companies was adamant of the mold presence and made us feel like we were getting a deal with his quote. Joe from United Water Restoration responded that he didn't feel comfortable even giving us a quote because he felt the need for remediation was questionable and recommended testing for validation.

Stephen was very polite and made me feel comfortable in my home. He respected anything I asked and followed through when we had some water damage. He was able to contact other workers in a timely matter; plumber and drywaller. I would highly recommend United Water Restoration.

We unknowingly had a leaky pipe in the crawlspace and noticed a moldy odor spreading throughout the house. We called “United Water Restoration”, and the owner came over immediately and assured us that he could restore the moldy area. This was an extremely cramped storage space which he crawled into, removed and hauled away all the junk inside, then cleaned and painted the walls with a sealer. He was efficient, fast , reliable, friendly, and all for a decent price. This was a difficult job, but he made it seem easy. We felt he was trustworthy from the very beginning, and he proved to be so. A real professional!
