I contact UWR about some water damage and they had a service man out to my house in less than 24 hours. Joe reviewed the situation and provided a detailed and thorough review of the required repairs and provided a write up that i could give to my insurance company for absolutely no cost. Truly a pleasure to work with Joe and would recommend them to anyone for a consultation.

These guys are great. We had a small leak in our basement, they came and gave us a free evaluation, some recommendations, and a quote. They were AT OUR HOUSE an hour after calling them (another company quoted us 2 days). We never felt pressured or pushed into any services that the small leak didn't warrant. Bravo for putting customers first!

We had a sewage leak and after doing some research we decided to go with United Water Restoration... and I am SO thankful we made this decision!! Joe and his team came out and did a fantastic job cleaning up the initial mess not only once, but twice! We could not get a plumber out until later in the evening, which was after they had done the initial clean up. The plumber cleared the line but in the process it forced more sewage in the basement. Joe came back out that same evening within an hour of my panicked phone call to start all over again. I am a very paranoid person and he was so gracious and patient with me, explaining everything in detail and going the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Joe is a stand up guy and they are very lucky to have him on their team!

Hands down the most responsive and professional company I have worked with dealing with house repairs. They showed up within in 1 hr of me calling at 1130 pm on a Saturday of memorial weekend. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable he helped me diagnose the issue with my sump pump. He cleaned all the water and put in a dehumidifier quickly so as not to disturb my house guests at the time. He came by the next day to check on the status and helped with my insurance agency. I was so fortunate to have stumbled on United water restoration. I don’t know what I would have done

I had a great experience with United Water Restoration. I had water in my basement from a storm and they were here within the hour. Joe was great! He took care of the water problem and even walked around the house to give me some tips on how I can prevent water from getting in in the future. He also came by twice throughout the week to check on the dry out process. I'd definitely use them again!

When we discovered a bad leak in our roof, I called several water remission people. United Water Restoration was at our house within an hour. Joe was competent and thorough - the only one of the 3 water guys we had who actually went up into the attic to see what was going on. He worked with me through the entire, and lengthy repair process and walked me through the steps of the insurance claim. He was in constant communication and came by several times between the initial inspection and final removal of equipment. We knew we were in good hands from beginning to end! Joe goes above and beyond and represents United Water Restoration with excellent customer service and workmanship.

Joe was awesome! Unbeknownst to us a sprinkler pipe broke and completely soaked our basement and the new carpet. Joe was here and was removing the water within 30 min. He is thoughtful and friendly and very reasonably priced for the work and time involved. I highly recommend this company for water resolution problems. Thank you, Joe!

Joe came into our home to assess the damage from mold and went into the attic to better determine the depths of our problems. Rather than proposing a full tear out, as we thought we needed he recommended something that would keep our only bathroom operational. Joe came out to assess some water damage we were noticing in our home. He checked very thoroughly for moisture and explored the basement, the interior and exterior of the house, and even popped a baseboard off (with our permission) to diagnose the source of the moisture.
