Like many others in Nebraska, the late winter/early of spring 2019 brought water issues to my house. Joe with United Restoration was a godsend. They were incredibly fair with pricing and understood the stressful situation that me and my household was experiencing with the water damage. Joe took the time to evaluate not only the damage but my situation and was able to help us fix the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend United Water and Joe ten times out of ten. Exceptional service and work.

I was recommended to this company by the guy that unclogged a clogged floor drain that flooded my entire basement, I called Shaun at United Water Restoration Group, he came out very quickly. The water damage was a very stressful situation, after speaking with Joe and Shaun and from United Water Restoration I felt much better about it and not as stressed, and had reassurance the situation would be handled properly. They did a great job of being responsible and respectful of all my belongings when moving them to remove water damaged items that can cause further issues such as the carpet and wood trim and paneling The team is very knowledgeable on clean up and how to prevent concerns later on. I highly recommend this company if your having issues with flooding, they are very understanding and I would take their suggestions on what they recommend to do to prevent further problems with your residence Thank you Joe explaining the process from start finish and thank you Shaun,Elisabeth and the rest of the team at United Water Restoration Group of Omaha that helped me out with the mess!

A colleague referred me to United Water Restoration, I am so glad they did. No one likes dealing with water in their basement but if you have to, you want this team helping you out. I can’t say enough about Vinnie and Joe. They were so open and honest with me. They didn’t tell me I needed to get work done that I really didn’t need. (Yes, this did happen with another company) They took the time to explain everything to me so I understood the issue and what specific actions they would take to remedy. They made me feel comfortable asking questions, they treated my house as if it were their own. Their work is meticulous, their professionalism is top notch, and as busy as they are, they make you feel like YOU are their only customer. Vinnie and Joe, Thank You so much for your professionalism, honesty, and most importantly the GREAT job you did with the cleanup in my basement. I would recommend United Water Restoration over and over again. You can’t go wrong with this team....professional, honest, reasonable pricing, and IMPECCABLE work!!!!!

Staff was nice. But was not experienced enough on how to completely dry & remove the water. Mike the manager out of Omaha, Ne got Extremely upset when I did not go with his company to do the total restoration meaning, Repairs, renovation etc. He even presented himself when he first started the job as if he was the Owner of the company. The only thing I do appreciate is that they were 24hours. But they are definitely not experienced in water damage removal. They also never gave me an estimate of what the costwould be. In fact they still have not given me a estimate on the job that was not done correctly. Mike the manager for this company out of Omaha Ne, is a scam artist & is not in anyone’s best interest but himself! Also I talked with a Dianna Ramos who handles the invoices etc. for this company. So I asked her what is the estimate for this job & she stated to me: that it does not matter what the cost is. Your insurance company is the one who’s paying for it. I have not signed the final documents with this company until I talk to with the CEO of this company! Again I would not recommend United Water Restoration Group of Omaha to anyone ever!!!

I had a pipe burst on Sunday evening of Memorial Day weekend. There was water coming in through the ceiling of my laundry room and up through the flooring in my main level. I was referred to Elizabeth at United Water Restoration Group to help with the water mitigation process and was not disappointed. I called her just before 10pm and she had someone at my house within the hour. She also made a couple of trips to my home to check on how things were going throughout the process. Joe showed up that stormy Sunday night and set up multiple dehumidifiers and fans throughout my home with as minimal disruption as possible. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Joe didn't leave my house until after 12:30am that evening. He also came throughout the next few days to check the drying status of my walls and floors. Because of their quick and thorough response my repairs will be minimal compared to what they would have been otherwise. Thank you Joe and Elizabeth for walking me through this process from the beginning. I would highly recommend United Water Restoration Group of Omaha to friends and family.

Had a great experience with United Water Restoration this weekend. The responsiveness of the tech on the phone, ease of scheduling (especially for a weekend), their thorough evaluation, honest estimate and recommendations were better than we expected for a disaster that we thought we had on our hands. Techs Joe and Brian were great. Knowledgeable and explained the entire situation and anticipated work very well. They helped put our worries at ease and we are so grateful for their work today. I will hands down recommend this company and the techs that we had today to anyone.

Basement flooded during the coldest day of the year roughly two weeks ago. United Water Restoration Group had Major drain dispatched the same day to resolve the plumbing issue. The next morning Joe was onsite with crew to begin mitigation and demo He seems very aligned with the homeowner, We certainly appreciated the recommendations. United Water moved all the furniture we had downstairs to begin demolition. Entire process was easy, Even during these exigent times. Very impressed, hopefully We never have to use United water again, but I know who We’re calling if needed!
