Great service.... The meals are awesome... Destiny served us so well despite being quite busy, she was pretty warm towards us. I'll definitely visit again and recommend others.

Gonzalo (front end mgr) and Alex our waitress were impeccable...absolutely 100%...food fantastic, ambiance was wonderful. Great company and great start to a terrific evening. Always worth the time!

Went here for a birthday dinner and when I say the service was awful I mean just that. We waited 2hrs to get our food. When our food arrived it was very cold. There was a party in the room next to ours and they catered to that room and it seemed as if they forgot we were even there …we had to ask for refills on our drinks repeatedly. Not great service at all…This place needs to be shut down. A family member of mine that was there also ended up getting food poisoning from this high end restaurant I would not recommend this place.

Appetizers are the only reason for two stars. Calimary and shrimp cocktail were good. Group of 8 for lunch and they automatically put you on one ticket with a 20% gratuity. No incentive for good service. Two of us ordered salmon and both were very undercooked. Sent back and all they did was cook it a little longer, not a new piece, just the one we sent back, and they didn’t redo or keep our sides warm in doing so.

Good experience with a large group of people for a Christmas dinner. Our servers were excellent and the drinks were strong. The egg rolls and pork belly appetizers were fantastic. My steak was a little on the drier side, but that's more likely due to it being a strip instead of the usual ribeye I order. Next time I visit I would order it more rare. The only notable thing that wasn't to my taste were the shaved Brussel sprouts, as they were roasted very hard and were quite charred, giving them an ashy burned flavor. Everything else we had was excellent though. It's a beautiful restaurant with great service and good food.

Our waitress was very nice, but was unprofessional. My wife's water glass was dirty. Took five minutes to get a new glass for her. Then wifes salad came out, the plate also had crusty spots on it like it was only halfway washed. The table right in front of us was left dirty with dishes and all for an hour. ( I feel that for the level of restaurant it should be delt with in a timely manner) As for our drinks we ordered, each of us had one and then our glasses sat empty for 10-15 minutes. Our food came out both our steaks were cold to the touch. Almost like they had been setting back there too long. We didn't finish our steaks even after they took them back to the kitchen to heat them back up. For paying $230 for dinner I expected a lot better service and food quality.

Eric was hands down the BEST server! His knowledge of the menu was AMAZING and was able to recommend so much delicious food! Thank you so much for an enjoyable dinner! You can tell he truly cares about each customer he has. We HIGHLY recommend requesting him!

I sat at the bar to get a cocktail and small bite on a Tuesday evening. The whole experience was not good at all. The Bar Bite I ordered from the menu wasn't available. I selected the burger sliders which were terrible and not worth the $15 I paid. They were dry and the meat was about 60% the size of the slider bun. The bar staff was less than friendly so they never said anything to me unless they wanted to take my order. I wasn't even offered a napkin even when I was served my food. I live a block away but definitely won't be back to this venue.

Bazaar experience. Steak was burnt on outside and rare on inside(ordered medrare), tuna was cold (rare), Thanksgiving meal was one plate with tiny portions, garlic potatoes had zero flavor. It was an ordeal getting an appropriate wine glass for a high end bottle. Our waiter was such a nice kid and was doing his best. The ambiance of this place is perfect with a good wine selection. I was a little embarrassed taking my guests here. My guest actually said, “now I know what a bad steak tastes like.” I’d have drinks at the bar here but will never eat there again.
