Sullivan's Steakhouse

I love all Sullivan’s and it is one of my favorite restaurants but this location is not on par with the rest. I come almost every week as a business traveler and I normally wouldn’t write a review but something has got to give. I order the same thing at this location every time and half of my order is ALWAYS missing. I went on my birthday on 11/11 and hoped they would finally get it right as they were not busy. As I figured they got half of it wrong and I got through all of the first half of my meal before I could get anyone’s attention, as they were more concerned about socializing and putting in tips than asking if my food came out okay or realizing half of my order was missing. There were even other people walking around the restaurant trying to find their server so they could pay as well. I come back because you have my fave martini but every time it never fails that the staff doesn’t want to be there. Between the bartenders and wait staff I think maybe you should visit some of the other locations so that you know the kind of atmosphere you should be creating and what is expected from the Sullivan’s experience. Not complaining the whole shift, telling other staff not to spend time with their tables because they don’t tip enough, and hating the fact that you’re at work. Disappointing to say the least.

Wonderful dining experience. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate and check what was gluten free. The food was amazing. I had the ribeye and it was one of the best steaks I have had. My wife got the New York strip and it was also amazing. Sides of lobster mashed potatoes, and bacon brussel sprouts were also extremely good. We will definitely be coming back!

I took a group from Union Pacific there for business lunch, since it is right across the street from their headquarters building. It was a little embarrassing. The service was great, the food was mediocre -and that is being generous. The calamari was cooked perfectly... and they ruined it with some strange sweet and sour sauce that was poured over the whole dish. Calamari sauces should be served on the side. Half of the table ordered steaks, and they were all below what a person would expect from a Sizzler. I ordered the Filet Mignon and it was bland, dry, and overcooked... and $47. It's a nice atmosphere, but if you are set on a good meal, look elsewhere.

Food was amazing and the blueberry drink is to die for if you don’t like alcohol then that’s your drink ,definitely going back 🥰

We got here at about 6:30 waited 10-15 minutes for our drinks even longer for our bread we ordered fast and after over an hour later we get our salads and soup. The food is good though. It is now 7:50 and we haven't got our food that we order. We have been talked to by the manager and he is working with the waiter yet people that have got here after us have got food before us. The waiter did not know some things he should have known. For being so expensive the service should be very good yet it's not. I'm glad the manager was very very helpful.

This was supposed to be our Christmas party It will be a memorable one for sure. It took forever for our food to get to the table. When we got our food they mixed up the orders, we got our entrees and no sides. We were almost done eating our on tray when the sides arrived. My particular entree was ice cold fish. Good flavor had been cooked but served ice cold. The portion of fish was almost laughable. My wife's on tree was chicken which was very dry. Now the dessert again waiting forever had the key lime pie which is the worst I've ever had in my life taste like there was metal in it. Only bright spot was the soup & salad 12/9 /22

I went in on a lunch break today and our server Katelyn was awesome. The restaurant was able to accommodate my last min reservation and Katelyn was super kind! She did a wonderful job recommending things for us. I got a wedge salad and a chicken sandwich- both came out great and in a timely manner. Thanks!

Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the food was just not great. Some parts were cold or poorly seasoned. Was happy to try somewhere new but for the $200 price tag of our meal and only enjoying the drinks and a salad we will not return.

The food and atmosphere did not live up to the name. When you pay $60 for the steak alone you should expect quality. We had a party of 10 and nobody was impressed. Steaks we’re not flavorful like you would expect. The restaurant was cold (it was a very cold night) but the place was slow and seating us close to the entry was unpleasant. Our server was very knowledgeable and did pretty good. Glasses had a dirty film on them and drinks were slow to come out. Omaha has too many quality steak houses to waste your money here. Very dissatisfying. I will give credit they did reach out and offered to rectify our experience after my initial review. This means a lot and I hope they make the changes necessary to get back on top of their game. I will try it again after they improve.
