Robert's staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The crews have been out to my house as well as my rental house. They work hard and diligently, checking every last detail. The yard at my rental house was a mess, but after Robert's finished I didn't even know it was the same yard. Their fertilization and aeration program have my own lawn looking great. I would recommend them to everyone.

Robert's took great care of our yard at our former home and will continue to do so at our new home. We have used their fertilization, mowing, seasonal lawn care and landscaping. Their staff has always answered my questions and responded in a timely fashion. I love shopping for my plants at the nursery too! Very friendly staff and great company! Highly recommended!

I love Robert's Nursery! The plant and tree selection is top notch and the customer service is great!! The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The personal attention makes this place special. I am also pleased with the way the crew treats my property, whether they are planting trees or providing lawn service, the job is well done, start to finish.

I have been with Roberts for over 20 years and had a real awakening yesterday. 2 guys drove up to fertilize, saw them look in the front and backyard. I was doing something in the house ,didn't think much about it, then right away door bell rings. One of the guys hands me the invoice and they leave. It all felt funny because it all happened in a few minutes. I looked at the invoice, it said Applied Pre-Emergent, Broadleaf Control. and on the back of invoice in hand writing it said applied pre-emergent. Well looked around outside in front yard and back yard there was nothing, no fertilizer at all. I called the office to report the issue and wanted the crew leader to call me , no call yet. The 2 guys came back and gave me an excuse. got out the spreaders and fertilized only to see that one of them didn't have the spreader opened up so nothing was even coming out until I told him. This is what my pre-pay of $532.17 for the season meant to a lawn service that i used to like and have had for over 20 years. I didn't even get a phone call from Garret the lawn service manager. I never again want these guys on my property! Beware! If you are told you received a treatment from Robert's that you paid for, you may not have even gotten the treatment! Had I not been vigilant when they were here I would have been paying for nothing. Art Inserra

I cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone at this location. This location is close for me but there is never anyone around to help or purchase things from. I stop here 2 or 3x a year and I can never find anyone to help so I just end up leaving without buying what I came for. Was just there and happened again. Edit: I always walk both inside and all the way through the green house and no one is present. On the most recent day, there wasn't another customer in sight as I walked in the building, in the greenhouse or in the area with trees/plants outside. I really want to shop here because of the convenience but it always ends up being unproductive.

I really enjoy coming to this nursery to purchase my annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees! Friendly staff and nice selections to choose from. I highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough nice things and hit them all! Walking into shop I felt like I was the only customer being helped. There customer service is spot on! They listened to “ME”, didn’t throw just any old tree/shrub for me to choose from. The guys that came to plant (sorry I drove you nuts) answered questions, gave input, made certain that they were placing trees to my liking! Cleaned up everywhere (even street). Thank you Jeff (Luigi) and Mario! I wouldn’t want any one else to do my planting. I’ll only shop Roberts (come Spring I’ll be buying out your flowers! Make this your Nursery!!!!!

Highly highly recommend Robert's! We worked with Kris and he was reasonable, honest and caring. We called Robert's after seeing their beautiful work in another back yard. The landscape workers were so thoughtful and respectful of our home. We are having them back next year to do the front yard. Pricing is very fair. Design work is top notch as well! So impressive!!
