We were greeted at the door and given a full tour of the place by Tyler. She was polite and wonderful to deal with and very informative. My husband has decided to join the gym after many years of me trying to convince him. Even though Tyler was the only one there she took the time for us. Much appreciated!!

Beautiful Planet Fitness location. Plenty of space, and state-of-the-art PF equipment. Very nice Black Card area and locker rooms. Definitely check it out.

I have enjoyed my membership so far. The gold membership isn't too expensive and it offers tanning and massage. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. Many different sizes, ages, types of people go to work out here, you won't feel out of place.

Impressed at the value of this location -- brand new equipment, nice locker rooms, overall clean facility at a fraction of the cost of other fitness centers; feel like I'm gaming the system! Never busy before 8am in my experience.

It was my first time going to this location and the employees were really nice and welcoming. They were also diligent with wiping down the equipment and doors often. The facility is not the newest since I usually go to the 156th and Q location and that's my comparison, but nevertheless everything is still in great condition and works well!

Used to be great, good staff, clean and new equipment but I registered for the convenience of 24 hours access, now they just squeeze everyone in a limited time-frame while all other PF locations in the area are back to 24/7 operations. I will not be utilizing this location until they go back to 24/7.

I go in to tan a few mornings a week and I’m always greeted quickly! Usually by Alexander, whether he’s cleaning the windows or busy with something else he always stops to help me quickly!

The cleaning still takes place during regular operating hours but they continue to close at 9pm while having signs on their windows with big 24/7 plastered on them. When will this go back to the service that people signed up for?

Still not open 24/7. Yet the prefer to cram a ton of people in the Gym at once before they close at 9pm. This is backwards to being safe. I've been in there at night and its packed in the weight area and people are all over each other pretty much. Many say the same thing that they are forced to go in early because the gym is no longer open 24/7. Gym management keeps saying the same excuse they have no idea its the Executives decisions at the top. However there are already PF gyms in Ohio that have gone back to 24/7 (Just google news it). So why is this area not back to 24/7 yet its been almost a year now. Having the gym open all night will allow many of us who prefer less crowds to go in and work out and having staff there overnight will allow them time to keep the place clean as well. All we get are the same generic responses from PF Omaha on this issue.

I love this location. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and not judge mental if you are over weight.
