Good place to workout. Tanning beds are always clean. Most staff is friendly. Most equipment is clean. There are people who feel they don't need to clean because they "don't sweat". But most who use machines do clean up after themselves. However, as I am riding the bike, all too often I see the weight are not being cleaned. If you want to use the weight area, clean before you use.

I cancelled my membership in person and was still being charged a month later, so I had to to go in and cancel it again. I don't know why they make you cancel it in person if they're not even going to actually cancel it. It's been about a month and I haven't gotten a refund. This is getting ridiculous at this point...

WHEN I COME TO PLANET FITNESS DURING BUSINESS HOURS I GUESS I JUST ASSUME I GET TO USE THE PROVIDED EQUIPMENT THAY I PAY MONTHLY FOR- such as the tanning beds. I am a mom of 5 boys plus work full time. When I get time I shoot over - 132nd and center is in my back yard basically -normally at the very end of the day. Just before 9. Allowing myself 15min to tan for 12. Well today, that was not the case and I am furious! The employee working proceeded to tell me, no that I couldn’t use them they where down for cleaning. Umm? But when I walked in you where nowhere near the beds- so I’m confused? And You mean the thing I pay to do, MONTHLY- isn’t available during business hours? I am so frustrated- I have never had this issue before. Ever- and I’ve been coming here over a year! This employee has not been here long at all- and quite frankly I really hope I do not have anymore encounters with him. I am so mad. I am a loyal member- never have missed a payment .. never have canceled it- nothing. Like I said, i shoot there when I can- which is always the last part of the night- apply some lotion on before I go-tan for 12min and leave. 15min is plenty of time to do so! I am extremely disappointed In this treatment I received tonight. And am seriously contemplating canceling my membership with planet fitness - sincerely a very upset PF MEMBER

I love how clean this facility is!! The staff is very friendly. All my expectations have been exceeded in all areas!! I made the best decision choosing Planet Fitness. Can't beat the price either!! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a gym!

This location is very clean, not very busy and the staff is very nice.

Very clean. Staff is nice. A wide assortment of cardio equipment and some dumbbells. Biggest issue with this gym is the lack of barbells. As someone who used to lift a lot then let themselves go I am finally getting back into lifting. I did not do my research and signed up wirelessly to go to this gym. This gym does have smith machines but in my experience smith machines are more likely to cause injury than barbells. Back and knee injuries especially as you cannot move with your body’s natural motion. I will be switching gyms in the coming weeks as I haven’t even been a member here more than two weeks and I’m already missing barbells. Just finding it rather ridiculous that the safest and most basic form of lifting weights is missing from this gym.

I really love this gym but am teetering on going to another gym that is open later or 24/7. I understand the cleaning protocols etc but so many of us joined this gym in the first place for the hours and many people don’t work an 8-5 and need some place open later, I also just saw they are now opening earlier in the AM but yet refuse to stay open any later than 9pm? We’re a year into this and many places have reverted back to their old hours, it’s time for this location to do the same.

The gym is good. Clean. But the staff need be more friendly, the attendants seem to be in a bad mood every day.

well so far reading the reviews and the responses for " the owner" are a joke. each one that has said something about the club not being 24/7 again the owners response seems like it was copied and pasted. same response. other responses from said owner suggested people talk to the club manager. well let me tell everyone something. A business is only as good as the management. when there is a problem that reflects management. when the review is answered by the owner telling them to talk to the manager of the problem sure does not speak well for the owner. maybe the corporate PF could pull the franchise from this owner who just passes the buck.
