Everything about this club is absolutely amazing. The staff is attentive, friendly and personable. (Angelica greats me by name). The gym and locker rooms are spotless and all the equipment is always well maintained and clean. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

I was hired to disinfect this place, but I was incredibly impressed by the cleanliness and love for the consumers. They do pizza mondays and bagels Tuesdays...... that's incredibly sweet and community building. I did have a membership years ago and was treated well, but ran into a bad situation and bailed on the contract. They never sold my debt, they forgave it. Corporate good guys if I ever knew one. Just get skinny and live your neighbors..... that's all they want.

I just visited a couple of times for the tanning beds. They have lay down and stand up tanning beds for their members. The facility appeared to be well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful on the visits I made. There were a good number of people working the various machines and stations but appeared to be plenty of stations in excess to use and not have to wait on anything. Good experience overall. I am traveling and just visiting this location and maybe others in the Omaha area over the next four to six weeks.

My favorite gym so far. Staff is great at creating a positive and welcoming workout environment. My AirPod fell into a machine and the staff was more than willing to help get it out. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone!

I love this location. The staff here is always pleasant! Love that they are always cleaning and wiping down the floors and equipment.

I came in at 530, their busier times. I stood at front counter almost 10 minutes. No employees anywhere even though busy. At 15 minutes I called the gym..phone rang and girl came out of office still eating food. As she went to answer phone i told her it was me calling as no one could be found!!!

Good facility, but they still have not gone back to their 24/7 hours. Kind of unfortunate since there are other planet fitness gyms in the Omaha area that are 24/7. Just wondering what sets this one apart from the other ones and when this one will remain open later than 9pm (that’s honestly way too early for a gym to close in general)

They aren't open 24/7 anymore. This puts strain on a lot of people who felt safer going late at nights when it was quieter and cleaner with less people in there. People keep asking them when they are going to go back to 24/7 like other gyms and other PF locations have. Yet we keep getting the same generic response in these reviews and when talking to the employees in the gym they have no idea either. Im really let down with this place and have been coming here for years.

Very welcoming! It’s my first gym membership in way too long, but the staff is helpful and I never feel like I’m in a negative environment here. Everyone kind of stays to themselves and are very respectful. It’s always clean too!

Good location to my home and easy access to weights and elliptical machines.
