The staff here is great! The paperwork was simple & easy to fill out, there was almost no wait at all. Everyone was extremely professional, & polite, but in a friendly & laid back manner. The facility was really cool, with a downtown lofty vibe. If you live or work in the downtown Omaha area I would HIGHLY recommend this dentistry.

I had a great experience. Stacy, Mick, & Dr. Gritzuk were great. I was a little taken aback, especially as a medical professional, with the dental assistant. Her name was Jourdan. I mentioned my error of not replacing my mask after my x-ray and she made the following statement: “It’s just the flu. I had it and it’s no big deal I had it”. I have lost several patients to COVID so I I’m sorry it is a “big deal”. I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Fantastic staff all around! Very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining any issues they find or concerns I had. Also they had me in and out quickly which is always a plus! The office is very laid back and has a great view of the old market. Would recommend to anyone!

1st. Mick was ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Very knowledgeable and treated me so well. 2nd. I’m very self conscious about my smile and when I say he COMPLETELY gave me a cleaning makeover I was SHOOK! so happy with the work of this team here in the Old Market. 3. Found my new dentist family🏆 & 100% recommend coming here.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but Old Market Dental has provided exceptional service since my first visit nearly 2 years ago. The staff and dentists are extremely personable, and my dentist even helped me with an issue I had post-wisdom tooth removal in spite of the fact that I had the procedure done at a different facility.

The entire staff made my visit very inviting and comfortable. Wonderful atmosphere in a historic building. Jourdan and Dr. Michael were very accommodating to my situation. I am very grateful for their kind nature. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and friendly establishment. They acknowledged my fears and anxiety for the dentist and thoroughly explained everything they were going to do and talked to me through it. They went above and beyond to assist with additional appointments and referrals.

The service is always professional and quick. The staff is warm and welcoming. They do a really good job of making you feel at ease. I love the text reminders leading up to my appointment, they help keep me organized!

The entire staff at Old Market Dental were so attentive and professional they made my entire experience a positive one. I have never had a team of professionals explain in detail the current and future procedures that would be taking place on my behalf and have me thoroughly understand each part.
