Eager to help; Dr. Bruce and his team were very informative, caring and professional upon my arrival as a new patient. A gentle and pleasant dental experience, which has been quite the contrary to what I have been accustomed to, due to my rigorous dental records from previous. Each individual took the time to listen to my concerns and executively address each issue with the utmost professionalism and urgency. With having scheduled my follow up appointment the very next week, I hope to return for years to come!

Professional employees. They know what they are doing. Very thorough and efficient with cleaning. The insurance membership will be worth it. Highly recommend this location!!

It was hard to finally sit down to write this review. This situation has brought a lot of stress, anxiety, and bad dreams. Day 1: After cleaning I had to wait 1 hour for the doctor. He told me something I already knew and share it with the dental hygienist and then again with the doctor when he finally arrived. I had some cavities that needed to be filled. Cavities not related to caries. The doctor told me I needed to come back again. I made the appointment. I should’ve listened to my instinct and never return. Day 2: They put local anesthesia before injecting the real anesthesia. It takes half an hour for the doctor to come. Of course, the local anesthesia lost the effect. I share this information. They put more local for 10 seconds and then proceed to inject the real anesthesia. It was so painful I could feel the pain reaching my shoulder. At this point I just wanted everything to be over and go home. He drilled so much that I could feel a horrible burnt smell coming out of my mouth. I connected with my previous doctor (Something that I should've done before my first visit), and she explained that the tooth was completely healthy and that there was no reason for drilling as he did. The cavity could have been fixed without drilling. Teeth don’t grow back, always hahave that in midn. Now, a perfectly healthy tooth is ruined forever and every time I eat it hurts. They never gave me the option to repair my tooth without drilling. Never inform me how much they were to drill. Never explain the procedure. Nobody should go thru this kind of mal praxis of unnecessary procedures. For the rest of my life, I’ll have to live with this. You’re the only one that cares the most for your teeth. Always have a second opinion. Always contact your previous doctor, even if he or her is in another country.

Absolutely an excellent experience. Staff was Courteous and professional, even had a sense of humor, the Doctor explained everything and was able to get two fillings done. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very friendly, and perfessional. Felt self conscious and anxious with my very much needed teeth cleaning. But was made to feel comfortable. I be coming back again for a fallow up appointment for more dental work.
