Old Market Dental

Very kind! I had a dental emergency, and they fit me in that morning. The staff was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. They bent over backwards to help me and to create a plan to get my mouth back to perfect!

I called and spoke to their receptionist about going in for annual check up. Their receptionist advised they are taking new patients. Great. She asked for my insurance information. I advised her we have two. She advised me since they do not accept one of my insurances, they cannot see me there. I couldn't believe that response because I've gone to numerous doctors, eye doctors, chiropractors, other dentists--- that sometimes did NOT accept both of our insurances for appointments. Would have loved a call back from Shirley since I asked to speak to someone else in regards to this issue that sounds very uneducated.. I never received a call and really do feel discriminated against. Hope this can be a lesson for receptionist to know what she is saying because I tried explaining to her how it made no sense and never received a call back from who she mentioned would call me, Shirley.

Everyone is very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! I had to switch dentists due to insurance and was a little worried, but it turned out great! They truly care about my needs and take the time to explain everything, addressing any concerns or questions. I highly recommend! It was a great experience and hope it continues!

I only went here once but I wish I had come sooner. Their staff are very friendly and accommodating. They did fantastic work and didn't try to force extra/unnecessary treatments. Great experience

Fantastic first experience! I’m having pain & they fit me & made me feel very welcome. Their space alone is worth a visit. Everyone was very nice & while I’m not looking forward to having cavities filled, I am completely comfortable going back to their office for it.

The staff is always supportive and super friendly! They put a smile on your face even when it hurts! 😅 Dr. Mike Gritzuk is excellent with his work!⭐ Very detailed oriented and clearly explains/elaborate on issues that you may have along with proper care and pro tips for at home. 👍🏽 The environment within the building is very relaxing and inviting. For example, the decor ✨and uplifting overhead music 🎵 to help clients not feel so anxious about going to the dentist. I refer my friends and family as much as I can. I am glad to be in such great care and my teeth/smile are too! 😁 Thank You Summit Dental Health! 🤗

Was looking for a new dentist. Went to Old Market Dental. Every part of the appointment was AWESOME! From the front desk staff, to Mick the hygienist (who has several hygienist awards in his area) and Dr. Gritzuk, they were all very personable and yet very professional! I found my new dentist !!

I love the team here at Summit! They're very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The Dentist really pays attention to your needs and fixes the problem right away. I'd refer them anytime!!
