Absolutely love this place. 1000/10 recommend to anyone wanting to get their nails done PROFESSIONALLY. service was great and fast. absolutely flawless

Had a dip manicure done first thing on a Saturday morning when they opened. The technician doing my manicure was thorough however completely neglected and ignored my cuticles. Didn’t push them back or cut them at all. Additionally the tips placed on my nails didn’t exactly fit the entire width of my nail so from the side on a few, it’s not perfect. Not sure if its standard practice to not address the cuticles at all during a dip manicure. For the price of $55 I’d expect that to also include an actual manicure and prepping the nails in addition to the dip. This is the second time this has happened here, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The place is gorgeous but the manager (female) is rude and staff is hit and miss: one damaged my nails so bad it took me a full year to grow it back. Language is a huge issue too... I gave this place 4 tries and every time they would mess up in a new way. Not coming back. Customers who were next to me are not coming back either. I wonder if the owners know of the issues..

This is the only place I’ve been going to recently because they don’t hurt my cuticles and they do a VERY good job,, I usually ask for Amy or Alice when I go they are really good with statement designs!!

I got a pedicure and a manicure with dip. When I sat down they were really rude because I didn’t have a color picked yet but I wasn’t given a chance to pick a color. Everything was really rushed and I couldn’t enjoy my pedicure because they did my nails at the same time and I had to twist weird in my chair. They cut my cuticle and made me bleed. They had to redo several nails, one they redid 4 times! The massage on the pedicure was non existent and I asked and paid for the one that included it. The whole experience was not worth the money paid. I would not go back to this salon.

This place is really good at making excuses for the poor quality work that they produce. “We strive on giving great customer service.” “We take feedback well and we will let management know.” Can you please act on the feedback provided and not make up excuses ? I’ve been to this salon once and the manicure was rushed. No massage, only applying the lotion. My cuticle was not taken care of and when I told the nail technician, she simply responded in a rude way. I took my mom to get a mani and pedi and they treated her poorly as well. Please don’t apologize! Take the feedback and be better! I’ll be back in 4 years to see if the service has improved. I love great customer service, even if that means sticking with a smaller salon for a while.

I’ve been here a couple of times. I’ve had good and bad experiences. But they do tend to rush you and that’s a huge no no for me. When I go to a nail spa I want to relax and enjoy my time. Especially since this place is a little overpriced, and when they rushed me on picking the color and doing both my toes and nails at the same time. It’s upsetting when you see the finished work and you can tell the very obvious errors. If I am spending a good amount of money I expect good work and attention to detail.

I have gone to M. Vince twice, once with an appointment and once without an appointment, both times I had to wait 40 minutes when they said it would be a 10 minute wait. I understand having to wait, but would appreciate a more accurate waiting time. At my last visit I asked them to remove my acrylic nails. My nails soaked in acetone for 30 minutes while the technician worked on another client. He then over used the drill, and my nails are now incredibly thin and burnt. So much to the point they are sensitive to warm water and crack easily. I have had acrylic nails for years and have never had them removed so harshly. It is a beautiful salon, but service has not been good.

This was a very nice looking spot and the woman who did my nails did a pretty good job for the most part. The pedicure was much better than the manicure. During the manicure she seemed very rushed even though she started and hour before they closed and it was very basic. None of the colors I picked out turned out the same, It was almost like she was grabbing completely different colors. They also didn’t have very many gel colors to choose from. This still isn’t a bad place for whenever I can’t make it in to my usual spot.

I had a wonderful experience. I travel for work and more often than not trying to find a nail salon that takes walk-ins that doesn’t make you feel rushed is almost impossible. But the 2 ladies that helped me today didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My nails look great and my feet feel and look amazing too! If I lived in the area this would be my regular nail salon. I also feel like the prices are very reasonable! I wish there was a nails salon like this everywhere I had to travel to! They are also very sanitary! They use the liners and take all the tools out of sterile packaging! Thank you so much for taking care of my hands and feet! I have absolutely nothing negative to say.
