I came here last weekend for my friend's birthday and we all had an awful experience. They flat out LIE and will try and take your money and upcharge you for services you don't even receive. And also they claim they have a drink menu available and have a whole bar display up front but apparently just for show because they told us on a weekend in the middle of the day that it was not available? I ordered a signature pedi priced at $42 which includes foot massage, scrub, and lotion. I asked for the add on of hot stones for $14, and the man doing my pedi did NOT provide this. I told the kid at the front that this is what happened, when my bill was $56 as if I had received the hot stones when I did not, and the man who did my pedi came up and argued with me in front of my friends and another group of people, basically to make me feel embarrassed so I would stop talking about it and just pay them. Nope! This is horrible service and absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you, you work in the service industry and should never make a customer feel that way. The previous experience months ago, they charged me for shellac when I had told them I did not want shellac. They also constantly pressure you, at both visits, for gel and shellac and the 99$ pedicures that they offer. I get way better service for half the price at a different spa across town. Never going back!

I went in the first time on a Thursday 7/28/22, and had an acrylic fill done by Bill. He did a great job and I was happy overall. Nice even and smooth coffin shape. He was very skilled with his work. I made an appointment to return in 2 weeks for a fill with him.. 2 days later on Saturday I had one break off. Monday I went in to see if they would fix it. The guy at the desk was nice and told me to have a seat. A lady waved her hand at me from behind the front desk and yelled for me to come with her. I sat down and immediately felt she was rude and she asked me if I knew what color it was. I had no idea which one it was as they have 1000 colors to choose from. I know it was a white color and I had the unicorn chrome finish on top. I told her that and she didn’t understand and didn’t want to listen and rudely told me twice” I can’t do you don’t know color!” So I said I can go pick one out and she waved her hand at me and told me go get color”. I found a similar color and when I got back I explained to her every other salon I’ve been to they write down the number of the color on a card when you leave but they didn’t do that for me and since it was my first time I had no idea I was expected to know if I had any problems and needed a fix. She was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I do not know her name unfortunately. Why is it so hard to introduce yourself and at least engage in a friendly conversation?? I don’t get it.. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ when she was finished she told me it would be $15! I said it’s only been 3 days. She then says Ok, it will be $10, rudely of course. I asked it’s only been since last Thursday I was here,,, do you not guarantee your work here at all? She said rudely “ then go!” And turned her back on me and yelled at the front desk I was ok to go…. absolutely ridiculous rude customer service and I will not stand for this again! You should watch the attitudes in your salon and who you’re hiring because if I was the owner there there is no way I would tolerate this behavior in my salon!!! I will return to Bill only next time. At least he wasn’t rude and did a great job..

DO NOT go to this salon unless you want infected nails that don’t last and ruined clothes. The first time I went here they did such a rushed and rough pedicure, ripping my toenails off and leaving several infected. I decided to give them a second try bc it seemed like an aesthetically pleasing salon but that was a huge mistake. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure and despite me asking for them to be separate, they pushed me into doing it together, despite it not being crowded. The tech doing my nails was rushing so much she spilled the acetone solution all over my dress. She claimed it wouldn’t ruin it but it ruined my expensive dress. The gel mani and pedi barely lasted 2 days, peeling off and taking my nails with it. I now have several infected nail beds. I called the salon and the man that I dealt with was incredibly rude and not helpful. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

I called at 130 pm, they were able to get me in at 3 pm the same day. When I arrived, there was no waiting and they were able to do my mani and pedi at the same time. This may not be what everyone wants but for me, I don’t want to spend 2 hours at the salon. Also, it was an option to have them done simultaneously but not necessary. I was in and out in 40 minutes. For me and my busy schedule it was perfect and my nails look great!

Please read until the end (health concern). I have been hyped to try this place for a long time. I called this place wondering if they accepted walk-ins. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and professional and upon arriving he was absolutely wonderful to interact with in-person (I believe his name was Morgan). Linda was my nail technician, pleasant to interact with, but missed the assignment. I had asked for a shellac manicure, making it clear that I was trying to grow my nails out and wanted them as long as possible; but I was coming in tonight mainly due to me breaking a nail and I was needed someone to fix it. She never fixed the broken nail and trimmed my nails instead of shaping them up (never asked me shape preference and are shorter than needed). O.o Along the way, she caused me to bleed on four different fingers and used oil to try to stop the bleeding (never used alcohol to clean it) and thenused nail glue to glue the wounds closed. After caring for the wounds, she took the tools (and oil) I bleed on and put them back into the "sterile packaging" and then into her drawer. 😰🥺😔 The customer service interactions were amazing! I really appreciated them as people, but sadly - I will not be returning. Thank you for your time.

A very disappointing experience. I don't think they had time for my appointment - they had one tech doing my toes while another applied tips, but because she was off to the side of the pedi chair, many were glued on crooked. I had to insist multiple times that she fix crooked nails as she applied the acrylic and shaped them, which visibly annoyed the tech. Ultimately I was left with extremely chunky, clunky nails that are mostly (but not entirely) straight and aren't really coffin shaped, and two different cuts on my hand that resulted from the tech trying to make up time after having to fix and patch the crooked nails. I'm addition to all of this, the pedi tech made negative comments about my body hair, telling me I should have shaved. I will not be returning.

The place and atmosphere was beautiful! Me and my Best friend came in and we were so Intrigued. The person who started my pedicure was rude and was ignoring when I was trying to tell her about my skin condition. She was aggressive get grabbing and pushing my feet aggressively. She ended up loosing up at the end. We asked for mimosas twice and it took 20 Min. Ivy person who was doing my best friends pedicure was very sweet she even took pictures of us! My person who did my pedicure was fast and my feet was dry. So my best friend was getting her feet finished and the Lady Ivy tried to paint her toes without giving her a feel because she had acrylic on her toes. She was telling her I didn’t look right it was gabs acrylic and her real Toe nails. Hey lady had to translate what my best friend needed to the lady on what to fix. The lady had an attitude , snatched the things that separate her toes and had an attitude. She was burning her skin with the drills and being very rude and unalert. Never coming back!

I received a manicure and a pedicure at M. Vince Nail Spa on Friday, July 15th. The technician convinced me to get a shellac manicure instead of a regular manicure, because she said that it would last longer. It hasn’t even been a week, and three of my nails have already had the shellac come off.

I already feel bad leaving this review because I have never left a bad review anywhere, but this is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I got French tips. None of the lines are clean, the acrylic itself was applied poorly, and they started lifting after a week. I’ve had them for one week and two days now, and two have already popped off today. When my friend and I walked in, we showed the nail techs the designs we wanted and instantly they made us switch because my friends was more difficult than mine was. Red flag. I will say that my friends nails were beautiful but one of hers also popped off after a week. I just cannot believe that I paid $73 plus tip for these. I know that some techs are better than others, but he really should not be doing nails. Other than that, the place was very nice and clean.

I went for my birthday last weekend. There were 4 of us. All of us had a poor experience there. My sisters pedicure was rushed. My nail tech barely scrubbed my feet and asked her to do it a little more since they were dry, she maybe scrubbed for another 10 seconds. She put no effort into the leg massage. My friends male nail tech had long finger nails that were digging into her toes! And my other friend added the hot stones and she didn't receive them, she tried to argue with them when checking out and the guy came up and said he did do them. None of us tipped and left upset. The GM called me and offered the group 10% off with a complimentary drink our next visit. What a joke! He said he looked at the cameras and the hot stones were used, maybe just not long enough for her to notice? None of us will be returning to a salon that is just in it for the money they make on their over priced menu.
