M. Vince Nail Spa at One Pacific

Very clean and beautifully decorated nail shop but the service wasn’t great. Prices are fair but I paid extra for a spa package only to have my feet soak in ice cold water and nothing more than a basic polish change.

Best manicure in Omaha ! Shayla did my nails beautifully, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted white nails and some sparkle to fit the winter wonderland theme and Shayla completely understood what I wanted and did an amazing nail art on me. The dip feels thin and even and the I am in love with the shape of my nails. I got offers a coffee and everyone was super nice. We had a nice chat and I felt directly at ease. I will definitely come back 😍😍😍

I’ve been going there for over 18 months! Friendly team, phenomenal service, great chairs, and their upkeep on the facility is top notch. My daughter and I both have a great experience every time!

I came for a pedicure with my mom and sister and it was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever received with little attention spent massaging my feet at all, my technician was messing with her phone the whole time. Will not be back.

Horrible service, I get the dip and nail was not completely covered. When I complained the nail tech started using the wrong color. When she had to remove she hit my cuticle with the file and made it bleed. Told her to get someone else and she wasn’t any better. Did not pay for the service. Walked out with nails not being done correctly.

I’ve been a few times trying to give them a chance. This last time was it. My nails were awful. I’m not even sure the lady has done nails before but they were very sloppy and the table area was a mess. I won’t be back. I would have preferred to wait for someone who knew what they were doing.

I had a great pedicure but the lady really rushed my boyfriend pedicure, which really bums me out. Also they only take cash tips, I wanted to split $25 bucks for both ladies but the cashier misunderstood and broke my $20 with 3 $5 and then gave me my $5 back. After thinking about it I’m realizing I’m short $5.

It's a really nice place my 7yr old daughter really enjoyed it they're great with the little ones there fun and they take good care of them and I also enjoyed the experience they're gentle not like other places that hurt you when they work on you. This spa had a real gentle touch real beautiful nails nice work they're great I'm definitely not going anywhere else now that I found this place

Absolutely amazing service!! They took such amazing care of me even with me coming in late!! My nails look stunning!!! So friendly and kind!! I will be coming back and referring them to everyone I know!!

Linda did my dip, rushed not very personable and was nicked 3x, four days later one of my nails already broke. Have had dip for over 1 year and have never broke a nail. While my nails are thin, they are super thin not giving any protection. Can not believe I paid $55 for this.
