La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West

Our stay was less than desirable. It cost $150 plus tax. The shower was clogged, and the room walls were falling off in pieces. It was noisy overnight when we were trying to sleep, and the website said nothing about the pool being closed...and the pool was the reason we even picked this hotel. I don't plan on going back...it definitely was not worth that much money...maybe $50 instead of $150.

Price was good. The personnel were great. Room was clean, but a little musty smelling. The breakfast was a little underwhelming (so ok i guess). The hallways were musty smelling. It did seem that they were doing soon updating of paint.... maybe more. Could be a lot worse, but could be a little better

I had tonwitch my room 3x. The first room smelled like mold and the ceiling in the bathroom had collapsed intk the tub. The 2nd room smelled like mold, brown stains on the bedding, gnats everywhere, bottom of room door was broke so you literally could see into the hallway looking at the bottom of the door, no curtains on the window just shear shade, bathroom tub permanently stained, old dirty furniture, microwave in room was old unplugged and sitting on the floor. 3rd room everything I mentioned about the second room including running toilet, only one lamp in the entire room worked, a dirty broken recliner decorated the room, i had to call to have the tv fixed which was broken from the mount on the wall, the ac unit was so old moldy and leaking water that i kept it turned off in the middle summer! The outside had piled up trash next dumpster. The mold inside the hotel is so horrible my allergies were horrendous! Absolutely a horrible hotel it’s more like a ran down motel. The health department needs to shut that hotel down!

Why was it poor... well the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned since installed. Missing tiles in bathroom, the ac was very noisy, the beds were extremely old, the carpet in the room was filthy, the pillows were junk. The parking lot needed to be repaved. Traveled for 8 years at many la quitas and this was the worst hotel room of all hotels. Don't ignore the bad reviews, cause it's really bad. You owe it to yourself to stay elsewhere.

I absolutely love these guys! They made sure everything was legit! Perfectly 😊👍 accommodating and when I met up with someone very interesting 🤔 we needed a solution to merge rooms and save money 🤑. Done 🤝 deal and we bought a week! Thanks ☺️👍 guys …

Leaving. The towels were clean. The check in was good.

We booked this place because of the cheap price but found 3 cockroaches in our room as we arrived and woke up to more crawling on us when we tried to sleep. Paint chips fell from ceiling after walking in to the room. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was kind and nice. Unfortunately we found toe nail clippings on a chair pretty rancid if I do say. Also bathroom light did not work so we had to go wee in the dark quite a tragedy. There was a mini fridge though that was cool.

Lovely manager at this location. She iswilling to make sure that your stay is everything that you wanted to be.

I just spent the last week in a musty room here. Room 149. My stay was ok until the day after I checked out and found the charged me a extra $150. I called to find out why. They told me it's because I smoked in the room. Which I definitely didn't do. They told me they came to that conclusion because the smoke detector was missing. And said I stole it. It wasn't in the room to begin with. My advice to anyone staying there to go threw the room with someone and note all that is wrong with the rooms at check in. I'm very disappointed they are charging me for something I didn't do!
