La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West

WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM THE WYNDUM NAME. THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS UPDATES. Place is a dump. Shares a parking lot with a Bar & Grill. Very loud at night. Staff not to friendly. Breakfast is very weak. Place looks very run down. Laundry area is filthy. I think my clothes were cleaner than the washer & dryer. No water pressure in shower. Had to ask twice for a microwave to be put in room.

Dirty towels left in the closet and hair all over the bathroom and towels. The hallway is dirty and the ice machine is filthy! I don't recommend. Someone was asking for change at the entrance door.

Sitting in the room at the moment. Must I say I’m glad I brought sanitizing wipes. The toilet is leaking. The air conditioner isn’t working. Called front desk to fix both these issues. “Fixed the toilet.” Still leaking. Ac hasn’t even been looked at yet. It’s been an hour since I called. I got a crib for my son. I got it and it was fricken nasty. I wiped it down and I went through 6 cleaning wipes that were brown by the time I cleaned it. Disgusting. I am less than thrilled. Ice machines don’t work. Vending machines card reader won’t work. One of the outdoor doors is open so anyone can walk in. TVs don’t work. Stained sheets. Bathroom sink looks like goop all over it. Tub looks gross. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other when I booked. And ended up getting rooms on completely opposite sides of hotel. They respond to these reviews apologizing to everyone but they don’t mean it otherwise they would refund your money or actually change something.

Had to listen to people slam doors all night. Had a domestic abuse situation right next door at 1am. They just escorted the guy out and had to listen to her beg him to stay, then slam more doors and stomp around all night because she was upset that he couldn't. The morning desk clerk was also rude.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. Me and my dogs was attacked outside by another guests dogs where my dog needed medical attention and the staff refused to help in any way. The dog that attacked us wasn't even on a leash which is supposed to be against the policy but I guess not. Even when it comes to a dog attacking a customer. At all cost go somewhere else

I have stayed here exclusively over the last year. The rates are fair, the rooms are clean and the customer service is amazing. I will recommend to anyone I know

It was a little hard to get to The room was a little dirty but that's not their fault they're understaffed like a lot of places that's not fair when there's like three people running that place in the day and i only saw 2 at night. the ladies were very kind and very nice and the two gentlemen in the middle of the night were very I would definitely get a room there back when I visit again

I have stayed here before, and the staff has always been great. Clean, comfortable rooms and free parking. Lot of restaurants in a walkable distance.

It was clean and sanitary. The only complaints I had was the window to the outside was not completely sealed off. I could move the window with my hand and cold air from the 27°f temp out side was slipping in around the loose edges of the metal window frame. I cranked the heater up to 72°f and was able to survive. The other problem was that 2 of the 6 lights in the room would not turn on. The TV worked fine and was enjoyable.

Paper thin walls, can hear everything inside & outside (loud bar next door at 2am with people fighting in the pkg lot). Housekeepers slamming doors during the day & guests slamming doors at night. The hotel needs a renovation. However....the front desk staff were friendly & helpful.
