My wife and I wanna thank this guy working in the front desk. We are from Colorado and he didnt give us the run around and worked with us.Nicest guy ever and they didn't damage our car at all. Much respect Thank you!

Rudest mothertrucker on the phone. Hangs up on the phone. I think the guy on the phone really loves his job. I hope he remains this miserable. Besides the point, he is not professional. Doesn’t know how to introduce himself and explain himself.

The company's customer service was outstanding. The driver called 10 minutes prior to the start of my appointment and arrived on early. The driver had positive attitude and was very professional.

Husband called to see what needed to be done to get our car. He was upset and hung up without saying goodbye. He did not yell at the woman or call her names but was indeed frustrated by the policy. I tried calling back to get more information and she provided some but then told me that because my husband hung up on her she wasn't going to give me any more information. Then she hung up on me. I found that completely annoying that she felt justified to be extremely rude to me and hang up on me when she was upset that my husband hung up on her, So she can hang up on people but no one can hang up on her. From what I'm reading she hangs up on people a lot. Not a nice person. I guess it's ok to be rude and hang up on people when you're at their mercy. I did call back and a nice man gave me the info I needed to get the car back.

One of the worst experiences that I've had with a company in general. The worker on the phone was extremely sassy and hard to work with, and they only take cash, though they may not inform you of this. That happened to me, so I had to take another 2 ubers to a gas station and back. In all honesty, I felt like I was getting scammed through and through.

Had an excellent experience. Driver was professional and courteous. Called to request a tow then driver called telling us he was on the way shortly after requesting a tow. They towed to the location requested with no issues. Would highly recommend!

Predatory company with small minded business practices. Theyll steal your car and force you to pay to leave their little storage lot. Flying through neighborhoods foaming at the mouth for any vehicle parked on a pitch black road, 2mm outside the 6 year old faded paint. Cant really get upset because clearly leasing needed more revenue so obviously they're not about to repaint parking spots

Terrible customer service hung up on by one person then told me I was being rude to another because I wouldn’t beg for my car back. This place seems like a racket without same-day service. Just because they don’t like their job they take it out on you and use they're having your car as leverage to talk to you and treat you how they please. They are power-drunk and misuse their platform for their confidence boost. I wish them the best in their business pursuit.

I was cut off, then break checked and then harassed by one of the trucks. He stopped in traffic to open the door, get out, and then yelled at me. Noting he had to significantly speed up to get in front of me. Which simply put aggressive driving.

Our son was in a parking lot and hit something, in which it slashed the sidewalk of his tire. We were down there 1:30 in the morning changing the tire. A few minutes into changing the tire L&I we’re doing parking lot checks. James and the other driver both stopped and helped us get it done faster! Great guys and great company! Thanks again for stopping when you didn’t have too!
