L & I Towing and Recovery

They are the worst towing company i have every worked with. They were extremely rude unprovoked and apparently many others also experienced this based on the reviews. I couldn't even ask a single question without getting a passive aggressive answer. I get working in this type of business you get rude people coming in all the time but there was no reason for the workers to be so rude towards me for no reason. Also, why only cash?? It is 2022. I bet you guys make enough scamming other people for their money to get a card machine or at least an atm. do better.

We use L&I exclusively! the quality of service and level of professionalism is leaps and bounds over other towing companies we have used in the past. In our business we often encounter individuals who are having mechanical problems or other issues with their vehicles and we refer them exclusively to L&I. We use them as well for any of our company's towing needs. We are very grateful for our business relationship with L&I.

My car was towed on Saturday 1am and we called several times on Sunday morning and at noon and we were left on voicemail each time. When we arrived Monday morning, staff were rude and annoyed when we asked questions about other alternatives to retrieve my vehicle since the car was insured in my parents name. My parents were out of town. First time I got towed so I didn’t know what to do. The charge was 200 dollars with an additional 17 since it stayed another day. We questioned why we were charged the day they were closed since on google it mentioned that they close on Sunday. The staff kept arguing that they are open 24/7 and denied that we called those days. Supposedly their phone are recorded but denied that are voicemails exist. I payed the $217 and got a power of attorney to get my car back. I’m just glad I don’t have to see those rotten tomatoes. Overall, this service not only tows your vehicle but also includes middle age karens. Beware.

place is very unprofessional took 2 hours to get one driver to come get my car out of the lot after saying there were multiple drivers in the area if you get towed here be aware it’s gonna take hours upon hours

On a Saturday evening we needed assistance in a parking garage and got very lucky with this company and their quick responsiveness. Excellent service from the owner. Continued to work on the issue until it was resolved. Very much appreciated!

Unprofessional customer lady is rude was parked in public spot towed my car nowhere in the area it said private then called an was told I need set up appointment to get my car out charged 317$

Absolutely the rudest people I've ever spoken to! No phone number on sticker, no company name listed. When I did get through to them, I was explaining that I paid my registration that morning I got the sticker! Woman on the phone ran through how it would be $200+ to get it back, where they are located, and then hung up. Wouldn't let me speak. Literally stole my car in the middle of the night.

As much as I don't like having my car towed these people have done there jobs every professionally, it cost me 202.25 dollars to get my car out, and a employee who's name I can't remember but he was a nice guy did understand my frustrations and commented about the tow company I hired to get my damaged car out of the streets Weren't very reliable. FYI it took Ely's towing 6 hours to inform me they were going to get it, but L&I took it way before them. Though it pains me to give a company that took my car a positive review there level of expertise and friendly conversations got them this. Good job you guys.

This company is an scandalous they towed a perfectly legal truck from an apartment complex with a visible parking pass in the windsheild then extort 220 bucks to get the truck back

Best company in Omaha hands down! They take pride in taking care of your vehicle. Fast and professional.
