Hilton Omaha

This hotel is lovely, the direction that I hope all Hiltons go in. I travel four nights a week for work and greatly appreciated the full sized gym - the workout equipment and presence of a sauna is enough for me to try to stay here more often. The rooms are clean and more importantly silent. Great front desk staff, and the cafe in the lobby is perfect for a morning coffee on the go.

Elegant hotel with great location in Omaha. Room was very clean and quiet. Brenda, the front desk lady, was very professional and friendly, making me feel so welcome. Airport Shuttle service was awesome. Highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Omaha for business or pleasure, because I know I will again.

Let start off with the positive … location and good food … while there on business they won’t accept your Hilton Honors Card for reward nights or points even on incidentals… Staff friendliness is 50/50 either very good or less than desirable attitude… As a Diamond Member I travel a lot and often …. Room was comfortable and clean … and finally to end food service at 10pm is really unacceptable…. Huge revenue loss ….

The hotel was clean, well lit, and well run. There was nothing bad about this stay at all. I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out through the app and also the room key feature on the phone. It was difficult to share the room key with my party but we were able to get a physical key as well. I was attending a Bodybuilding competition that was being hosted by the hotel and the ease of convenience was pleasant. The area was well laid out throughout the hotel meeting areas and it was not too crowded like I have found other venues to be while hosting these events.

This was a good hotel to stay in. Convenient to all kinds of downtown activities. I had a good workout in their gym which had great options. The elevators were strange (key card activated and gave people fits). The staff was very attentive and helpful.

The service here was excellent! The conference room was very good and the man was attentive to our needs. I loved the Corner Market and the variety it had. The room and bathroom were a little dated and could definitely use a refresh. Everything was very clean.

Lovely hotel downtown with exceptional staff and shuttle service. I left my credit card at the hotel after already being dropped off at the airport and the shuttle driver Kenneth chased me up the escalator to inform me and let me know they would bring it back. Within 15 minutes, a gentlemen who I believe his name was Scott called me and let me know he was already out front with my card. I am so appreciative of the great care this hotel has showed me. Thank you!!!!

I was attending a business conference and enjoyed the ambiance. I didn't stay in the rooms. The food is outstanding and quality food served. Not able to give 5 star service as the front desk seemed to be bothered when I asked about validated parking from the organization hosting the conference. Great hotel downtown

Hotel was clean and nice. The air though was incredibly dry, so much so that I had nose bleeds, and the hotel did not offer lotion or humidifiers (which is not necessarily expected, but I asked in case). The bar food is good and the Cafe in the lobby is handy if you are there for a conference. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel was nice but parking ramp is small and fees are a little high. Rooms are great. My only complaint was that my toilet wasn't cleaned from the previous occupants. I didn't complain as the rest of the room was clean. Just seemed like an honest mistake. They had music live every night we were there too!
