Lovely hotel but the older guy (Gene I believe) working at the Starbucks was extremely rude. He had an attitude about everything. He did not like that I corrected him on how to make a chai. Which was milk and the concentrate. When the first time he just gave me the concentrate in a cup. I’ve gone down everyday and all the other employees were wonderful. Idk what his issue was.

If you fly in late (because you are working) you won’t get any food. If you’re not able to order room service the night before you won’t get that either. Everything operates by Q code. Room was hot and not able to control it. Exorbitant prices for what you get.

The front desk team are so friendly especially Ben and Brenda. The HSKP Johanna was always very dedicated in her work with me. Thanks!

Check in took 20 mins in their “Hilton Honors Exclusive” Line… the only line. The receptionist was not friendly at all. The room was clean but nothing impressive for a Hilton. The AC sucked and was capped. It’s downtown Omaha so obviously the location for airport access is nice but traffic was loud outside even on the 8th floor. You’re gonna see a couple homeless outside. The bar downstairs is nice. Ordering was confusing but the bartenders were nice and did a good job. Food was slow, but good, however wings came out cold. Spent over $300 for room and food and drink for 2 people for 1 night. Was not worth the money.

Mediocre at best. Really outdated facility except for lobby, meeting rooms and top floor rooms. Breakfast is a joke and expensive. My room was one of the best ones in this hotel, sadly the beautiful floor to ceiling window was full of dust on the inside and some questionable substance smeared on the right side. Understaffed so I had to go to the lobby to request towels, etc. I probably have a bit high expectations but I payed almost $400 for a night. The room itself was gorgeous, comfy bed, decent bathroom, huge TV that didn’t work and maintenance didn’t show up until the next day to fix it. The service felt like what you’d expect from a super 8 or Motel 6. If you’re not ready to drop over $250 for one of the rooms on the top floor, you’d probably have a worse experience than me. It’s EXTREMELY convenient bc of location but not worth the price or the Hilton branding

The reserved Premium King room was not available, told I could be put on a waiting list to get Deluxe King and it's already 5pm? Ended up with what I was told a Deluxe 2 Queen bed, what I got was on par with any franchised budget inn but at 2x the price ($170 w/tax per night). Hair on the floor in the bathroom, bath mirror was dirty, bath door was covered in spots (something was splashed and dried onto it), old Kleenex behind the main door. I had to set the AC at 62f (lowest it would go) just to get comfortable, room was 8-10f warmer than what the thermostat stated.

Front desk not helpful. We booked 2 rooms because we have 3 kids. They would not allow just me to check in both rooms, only one. Wife had to come in for the other. Confirmed a few days ahead of time they would be connecting rooms for the kids. When we check in Front desk says there are none available and they can't help us. We tell them the name of the person that confirmed we had connecting roims and the reaponse was she will talk to the manager about better training for their staff. Not friendly, not helpful. I would love to speak to this manager also.

Arrived at 1:00 AM as we were just driving through. We were planning on leaving at 8:00 AM, so it was frustrating that you are required to pay $20 for parking. We were told there was no other nearby parking that was free or less expensive. Also very disappointed that we learned there was absolutely no recycling. For a large hotel chain, especially one that proclaims to be committed to reducing their environmental impact, this was pretty shocking. Room was okay - certainly not 4-star quality. Wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were better than you expect, staff is accommodating and very pleasant. The lobby bar, Starbucks, and live entertainment will help any down time you have go by smoothly.

I've spent 65 nights in Hilton hotels this year.. I get this view. Food and beverage staff wonderful. Location is great. Rooms need some TLC. Overall the responsiveness was lackluster. Hotel is dated and need some work.
