Decided to stay since we attending a concert across the street. Best decision ever! After the concert there was music in the hotel lobby/bar and food service stayed open late so we were able to eat late!

All the employees we dealt with were very kind and helpful. Just the room was such a mess, I can't recommend going here. There were stains on both bed skirts that look like they weren't ever touched, trash under our beds including a moldy applesauce pouch, the cups provided in our rooms were opened, stained, and used. We found dog food under the dresser while we were gathering our items, sticky spots on the dresser tops, some of the handles were beginning to fall off. There were marks on the walls, and the safe was broken, and there was no trash bag in our can. Just a bad experience over all, especially for the price, when the rest of the hotel looked beautiful. To top it off, we were woke up by housekeeping at 8am on a Sunday when we had our DND sign on the door. Not exactly what you want if you planned on sleeping in after a night out. The staff was very kind in offering a drink voucher for our inconveniences, but honestly I should've requested a room change, or some kind of discounted rate.

Great atmosphere at the bar, had a pre-party and post-party after the concert at the CHI building across the street.

I checked in at approximately 1:30 a.m. after working a long day I found that the shower was clogged up and also the toilet would not flush properly it took 15 or 20 attempts to make a toilet work. upon arrival in the room, things were not as clean as they should be for the star rating that the hotel represents the next morning at approximately 8:00 room service was knocking on the door. remind you this is a Saturday morning I just went to bed at 2:00 a.m. after a long day work they never made an announcement they just not twice and open the door unacceptable know that a proper four plus star rating hotel should have known to customer arrival time and should have left that room alone or made an announcement to do not disturb that early on a Saturday morning parking is not convenient for luggage transport I did not see luggage carts readily available at the parking garage. cleaning standards were not up to par more of a two-star cleaning. the staff lady was nice at the check-in I did report the problems the next morning to the checkout lady when I was checking out of the room. I did inform her of the problem she did offer a Starbucks coffee but the early morning wake up without proper notification the toilet backed up and the shower backed up was not a good representation along with the additional $19 parking as that was also inconvenient and a $30 incidental I think they're more interested in charging and providing the services they need maybe they should pay that $19 parking fee to a plumber and let them fix the plumbing so I don't have to at 2:00 in the morning. All those problems was before I use the facility so no I did not cause the problem it already existed. I normally never leave a bad review but I don't expect to travel, work all day and night, pay for a 4+or 5 star facility and get 1.5 or 2 star treatment. Most of the furnishings were showing wear and use throughout the facility with cracked floors bad caulking and other details along with a room that wasn't properly cleaned, stains on walls, dirty tile in bathroom, water stains on showers, oh and the AC DID NOT COOL PROPERLY. SO difficult to sleep and it was off when I arrived. I paid for the room it should have been on and room cooled 8th floor room was 80 and apx 76 when I left so uncomfortable to sleep in....not enough attention to detail for sure.

Barista was very helpful for us to find group. We did not stay at the hotel, only for a meeting.

This rating and review is based off observations alone while attending a convention being held on the grounds. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The layout was nice and once you were away from the main part of the convention the sound quieted down immediately. Will most definitely give this place a look if we need a room in the area.

The hotel is nice; good location, easy checking in… but it’s 12 AM and there is a DJ playing music at full Volume somewhere nearby… I called the front desk and supposedly this happens frequently, but she couldn’t tell me when the music would stop…but it’s a Thursday night… and I have two kids under 4 trying to sleep… Guests should be informed of this disturbance prior to check in, or else whoever assigned us this room should have had a little more consideration for my children and kept us as far away from the event as possible.

We wanted a hotel which had a pool , Sauna , whirlpool and good breakfast and this hotel had it all and that’s why we choose this Good for short stay Customer service can be improved though!

Bed bug infestation. Hotel staff didn’t do a thing and wouldn’t give us another room. Bad service. Do not recommend.

Very nice hotel. The staff is kind and professional. Great valet service and close to the Karaoke bar!
