Great Clips

Have been going to this location for over a year. Unfortunately, Bri (filling in from another location) was very rude and gave an extremely poor haircut. Will not be back here if the service does not improve.

Would be nice if they understood the difference between a haircut and a head shave. Husband just returned home ....hair has been buzzed off all the way in sort of a military cut. Definitely not what he asked for.

First time there. I had called ahead to see who is better cutting short hair on women, the told me Lisa. She did it just like I like it cut and even showed me different ways to style it. I'll be going back to see Lisa again.

Very busy salon.. friendly staff...but they're short staffed. The woman who cut my hair was travelling stylist who goes to different shops as needed. Did a nice job!

The ladies in the store were very nice and very helpful and the older blonde lady that did my haircut was great she listened to exactly what I wanted.

A guy cut my wifes hair and it was terrible. Her hair was about 14in long. He started layering it about 5in fror the end. My wife was so angry she told him to stop cutting. It cost us $50 to have Beauty first to fix the destruction that this man did to her hair. Now her hair is about even with her chin. We are both going to take our business elsewhere

Super-talented and friendly people. I really apprecite Laura. She is great at what she does and I'm never disappointed. Definitely be sure to go here for your haircut.

I usually don't writ reviews but finally got a haircut the way I like it & for $15. I don't have to wait for it to grow out so I can comb it the way I like it. Been combing my hair this way for at least the last 40 years. Probably not the latest fashion but I like it. Also didn't try to sell me any products, just cut my hair the way I comb it & finished.

The location has now went to pre check ins. Not knowing I show up for haircut, two people in the chairs. Greeted, and told it would be just a few minutes, figuring when done with the two in the chair I would be next. Meanwhile two customers with pre check in arrive after me and they where seated first. By this time I had waited 20 minutes. While waiting another customer walks out and so did I. The system is flawed. But they can fix it on someone else's time. I'm out.

Have come to this location for years, today had a lady that obviously should not be cutting hair, went in for a quick fade and trim, left bald because the lady cutting my hair is obviously not qualified to do so. The other two employees tried to help her but she definitely has zero business cutting hair.
