The stylist kept trying to bait me into a political discussion and didn't do. very good job at cutting my hair. I want to go back to get it fixed, but I'm afraid she will retaliate by ruining my hair.

Oh my goodness do not go here! 108th near maple.The customer service was terrible. TERRIBLE. There were two girls I waited for an hour or so for my turn. I was going to request that the other gal cut my hair. She was nice enough and my haircut was fine. The other one should NOT be in the service industry at all !!! worst attitude standing at the register talking about she would beat someone's you know what. Talking about a customer that had just left that was unhappy with the haircut. She never said hello or anything at all to her customers. I think the experience went like this she said, I'm ready. the customer would walk over she would read their card and start cutting their hair. And not speak to them unless she said hold still. I don't know who hired her but they should just shut that store down. She was giving off such a hateful Vibe. I don't think I've ever known anyone in my ENTIRE life that just eminated so much bitterness and hatred. There was a ton of customers one after another coming in there so it seems like it's a profitable store. I don't know why they would have such terrible customer service in such a busy place.

My 12 yr. old daughter had her hair done by Nicole. Nicole was kind and helpful. She made my daughter so happy with her new hair-do! She was still smiling about it the next morning.

The staff were okay but this one old lady was so horrendous at cutting she messed up my hair. She would use the clipper and push my hair back and then to the side making my hair rough and ugly and she kept coughing on my neck never go here people NEVER!!

My latest experience on 108th. N of Maple was better than 3 stars...they got me in though they were going to close early. Quick, perfect cut. But prices have gone way up. Still no guest internet. I'd rather not have to download an App for everything, but just using website for advance sign-in was problematic.
