Great Clips

I have been going to this Great Clips for a while and they always do an amazing job! I have gone to a few of their other locations in a pinch, but the quality of people and haircut just isn't the same. On my recent visit, I had Stephen and he was great at keeping the conversation going while giving a fantastic haircut. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great haircut at a reasonable price.

Explicitly told the employee how I wanted my hair cut and was pretty much ignored. She faced me away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what was going on and by the time I saw how poorly she had done it was too late. Will not return

Always get a good haircut and good conversation from Rhitney!! I will always request and wait on him if I can.

Ask for Megan always. This is to let you know my best experience today I have with Great Clips. Background: I had many bad haircut experiences. My hair growth is a bit on the slow side. So for this time I took a Quarter to get long enough so I can go with my type of hair. My visit to Great Clips: I was nervous like anything. "Megan" from GreatClips asked me , do you know your style? I said "Yes" and I explained to her and then I asked her If I could show her on the phone what I'm looking for. Then I juggled with my phone to show her. I don't know how but she sensed my nervousness and then she said "It's okay" I got it. She took her time and tried to make me feel better by talking to me. I replied for a few things but then I went silent and she did too ( best moment , seriously - All of the other guys talking/chatting like anything but she did respect and gave me my space) After a certain amount of time , she said "do you want to take a look" Me: How do you like it ? Megan: I'm done and you look great Me; I put on my specs and I was amazed. For the very first time in many years now. I got what I wished for. I thanked her a lot. We had a heart full of conversation. ( Second best Moment - She is so humble and Kind )

The lady was irritated when we walked in I could tell. Didn’t say much and rolled her eyes when I told what I wanted my kids hair to look like. Don’t go here.

They always have great customer service, great attitude and do great on haircuts. Have been going for the last year and will continue.

Thank you Megan!! I was in a bind with my dreadlocks and she walked up with confidence and waved off all my worries. She was kind and patient and my hair looks so cute now!

We always go to 156th and Q and see rhitney or Stephen. My husband has went there for years and when we moved in together kids and I started going. They do great with my 2 kids. I always love when the cut My sons hair as they make it look so fresh

I hate to write bad reviews but I have to do this. Very bad service. Not at all friendly attitude. Hairdresser not even bother to ask if I liked haircut or not. She hurt my hair so many times while haircut and never apologize for that. Overall very bad experience. I will never visit this place again.
