Great Clips

Only been to this salon twice. First time was bad. This time i got a good haircut and my stylist wasnt rude and was very talkative and friendly. There was another lady stylist who was having a bad day apparently, glad i didnt get her! Stylists should remember no one is forcing you to do this...

As always, Clara provided wonderful customer service and an awesome haircut!

First of all, it hurt to get my head shaved all the way down. BUT the only reason I had to get it shaved all the way down was because they did not do the hair style I asked and put designs in my hair for no reason. I would never ask for designs in my hair, they are against jrotc regulations. The hair stylist also shaved my eyebrow when she was shaving my hairline. She did not do what I asked her to and even messed that up. The manager did fix it and give me a refund but I am still a bald girl.

I always hate to give 1 star reviews, even if they are deserved, but I went here a couple of times, because it was close to home (thinking the 2nd time it had to get better). I guess that was my mistake! I mean how hard is it to give a buzz cut? Everytime they lady cutting my hair would miss hair and we are not talking just a little! Needless to say I finally found a place that knows how to cut hair and i won't be back here!

I hate giving small stars.. but I checked in online for Walnut Grove location at 156th and Q. Got there and all staff were busy with customers so one said they'd be with me shortly so I sat down. 2 people were sitting ahead of me. A family of 4, family of 3 and 2 others came in after me. Once a stylist was done, the family of 4 was checked in, then the others. After 25 minutes I stood up to leave, when the same lady that said she would be with me finally asked if I had been helped. At this point all 6 stylist had looked directly at me when calling the customers that came in after me and I had watched the screen for my name which was at the top since I walked in yet not 1 fricken person actually checked me in. They just looked at me as I sat there until I got up to leave. I have never had such bad customer service.

Love Elyn, she's the only one that knows how to cut a stacked bob. Recommend her highly.

It's somewhat ironic when a bald guy is giving reviews of haircut places, but they do a great job for both of my kids. I love the app that lets me see what the wait is going be and reserve them appointments

There were four of us that went in and got her haircut. We loved all but one of the stylist. My daughter was not very comfortable with the one I can't remember her name. But the other three were amazing and my two year old sits so well in the chair and just the guy was great with him.

Everyone there is really nice and the online checkin is nice. However the hair cut that my son just received is not anywhere near to what he asked for and he's really upset. After explaining what he wanted to the stylist she confirmed she understood. He grew it out for 3 months to start a flop sytle, she basically gave him a buzz cut with 1 inch of length in front. I had to take a phone call and went outside to take my mask off so I wasn't micromanaging her work. She immediately knew it wasn't what he wanted and said "is this too short" - and I just nodded with big eyes and she said "ok i won't charge you." It'll grow back, but from here on out I'll take him to a standard person each time who understands and listens.

We went to the 155th and Q street Great Clips and the service was wonderful! Kurt and Andy both got great haircuts. Clara was so sweet with our son, Andy, and we really appreciate all she did for him. We will definitely return to this location!
