Our family has been going here for years. The staff is friendly and we enjoy the conversations with them all. They work with our special needs son with amazing patience. Claire is a gem and Dorothy is wonderful also.

Great service and friendly stylists. They always want you to get a great haircut and their communication with their clients is great. Never a bad experience and always a great haircut. The system they use is a great idea of keeping the latest haircut you get in their computer so the next stylist knows what you got the last time. If you want a great haircut no matter what style, ask for Sandy. She always does a great job.

I drive 30min just to see Clara. She is awesome and does what you need and looks great 👍. Worth the drive I am very "picky" with my hair because my work requires it to be in reg so when I find someone who is willing to put forth the effort to make it right I'll drive whatever it takes. Her clientele is loyal because she is awesome. (It's funny when there is 3 people waiting specific for her and the other stylists are sitting waiting to work..haha) Now she does my kids hair and with them not able to sit still and able to get it looking great it's fantastic!

I would take my child here for their haircuts and the last time few times I have went it was not a good experience. I had to finish the edges at home and cut long pieces they missed. My child would ask for things like lighting bolts on the side and the last stylist we had was very loud and unprofessional about how that wasn't going to happen. (A simply no would have sufficed.) I asked if there was anyone else who could, she stated that the male stylist could but he was going to leave soon. I then watched the male stylist take on 3 more clients as I sat and waited for my child to get a bad haircut that I had to fix. Would not recommend at all.

Always friendly and I get a great hair cut every time!!!

They told me 45mins and as I was walking out they told other lady 30mins. I told them I will be back. I can back 30mins later to see my name wasn’t on the list and they trying to make me wait 35mins again. Super rude could believe they put me on the bottom of the list after waiting that long. They wasted my time and will not go back to that local at least

My younger son's always get the haircuts here, and the stylists are always exceptional. One of my boys is quite talkative, and has always had great things to say about a stylist. The staff is great here and very good with children!

I went online, put my name in, was told how long of wait it would be. The drive there timed out right. When I arrived I didn't have to wait and got a great clip. They even offer a senior discount!

I went to the Great clips in West Omaha. The lady that did my hair did not do it to my liking, when I showed her a picture of how my hair had been done she said rm"really? Then she said: "will that look good on you?" probably about 10 minutes in the hair cut she said "my hand is numb." I had to go somewhere else locally in Iowa City to have it evened out so that it will grow out nice. I will give negative stars if I could
