Getzschman Heating and Air Conditioning

My furnace stopped working on Tuesday 12/20 and I was able to get an appt the following day to determine the problem. Of course the low temps were below zero . The problem with the furnace and options to repair or replace were clearly outlined. WE decided to install a new furnace which was done today, Thursday, a day earlier than anticipated. The workers were very respectful of the carpeting and protected it. Installation was fast and efficient. Outside Temp now is. -7 degrees,,so I am very grateful to have received great service.

My furnace quit one evening and I called Getzschman first thing in the morning. They promised someone would be out that day and called me back at 2:30 to say Jeff was on his way. Jeff was very courteous and listened as I explained what happened. He turned on the furnace and it started right up for him, but he explained what could be the issue. He offered to do a tune up to take care of that probable issue and check for any others. He explained everything he did and what to watch for. Jeff was knowledgeable and professional and made me feel confident that my furnace will be running fine all winter. I would highly recommend Jeff and Getzschman's to anyone needing assistance.

The courtesy, promptness, and personalities of everyone involved from the office to the installers to the fellas that came out a couple of weeks later to look everything over was absolutely amazing. It was truly a pleasure to works with a company who takes such care and pride in their workmanship and customer service.

Our heater was not functioning properly the day before we were expecting subzero temperatures. Tyler was able to come out that afternoon and we were so thankful for his honest, professional, and detailed response to our problem. Worried we were going to be told we needed to replace our entire system, Tyler assured us it simply needed some routine maintenance and cleaning. Our house went from 65 degrees to a warm 72 within the hour of Tyler arriving. We are so grateful for your integrity and professionalism and look forward to continue to use Getzschman (and in particular, Tyler) for all of our heating and A/C needs. Jeff was fantastic - we had him over for an HVAC tuneup. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He gave us extra tips to help us get the most out of our system and keep everything running properly. Thanks, Jeff!

Brian is very professional, attentive to detail, punctual, and did an excellent job tuning our furnace. It is not the first time he has helped us, last spring our AC stopped working and he did a fast and inexpensive repair. We are very happy with his service!

The entire team was professional and responsive. The main two guys did a great job. They were on time. Due to something outside their control, some additional electrical work was needed. They had team member over quick to get it all handled and fixed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.

Same day service. Jeff and Brenden were fantastic. They were able to identify the bad wiring (old house) and get it fixed quickly and cleaned up my furnace for winter while they were here. Pricing is better than anyone else in town. Would 100% recommend Getzschman!

The two installers were prompt and very professional. Very efficient and did the work quickly. They cleaned up when they were done. They went over the system when finished and explained thoroughly how to operate everything. I am very happy with the company, the installers and my new system.
