Getzschman Heating and Air Conditioning

Jeff and team did an excellent job installing my garage mini-split today. The team was here at 8:00 a.m. sharp, Jeff answered all my questions, the work was done in a timely manner, and the job site was left clean!

First of all, the operator/dispatcher was very courteous, and also knowledgable about the business--she asked all of the right questions. Pat showed up on time, was very courteous, and asked me to describe the problem. Within five minutes he had diagnosed the issue, went to his truck for the part, and proceeded to fix the problem. Pat was outstanding, obviously very well trained, and explained what went wrong, and what he was doint to correct it. Also, Getzschman is obviously a class act, and employs class people to represent them.

We replace an A/C and added a Furnace and had a repair done to our in floor heat. We had great customer service with everyone we have worked with. This included the saleman, installer, repairman and the office personnel. I highly recommend Getzschman.

They did an exceptional job on the installation of our new furnace and A/C unit in a single day. The crew was awesome, helped recommend changes to our old ducting that would benefit our system and kept the job site clean throughout.

Was very informative. We talked about CO2 detector and what we should buy. I asked a couple questions about our heating system and he answered questions. One thing he found... I had our tech come back last year after our appointment because our heat pump vibrated and made noise. He noticed this year that screws were missing on our heat pump fan motor. Maybe the reason it was making noise last fall. Very informative.

My 89 years young mother called me with no heat. I have used y’all at my home several times over the years so you were my first and only call. Jeff was in the area of my mom’s house and agreed to look at her furnace even though in was late afternoon and I’m sure he just wanted to go home to his family. After Jeff check out the problem he called me and informed me of the situation. Furnace is 36years old probably on its last leg but thought he could get working, at least temporarily. Which he did. We were very grateful that Jeff was able to get it work. Jeff not only explained things to my mom, he took the time to call back and explain it to me also. He also is setting up an appointment for someone from company to come out and give an estimate to get the old dinosaur replaced. I would without hesitation recommend Getschman/Jeff. Brendon did a great job! Very personable and spent time going over his thoughts about our system with me. I scheduled this year's heater maintenance with Getzschman to give them a try and I will be calling them again!
