Had a great experience with Ben from Getzschman. He was on time, friendly, and helpful! Will definitely continue to use them for heating and cooling needs.

The tech, Jim, behaved very poorly. When he called for payment, I was feeding my newborn, so I told him I'd call back in 10 minutes. He then made an unprofessional remark and threatened to remove the newly installed part. It was such a strange way to behave, and I wish he would've been understanding like any other person would've been.

Very professional and the tech took his time and was well experienced for his first time here in such a old old house. I will absolutely use them again in the future! Thank you so much! 10/10!

We started with the fall HVAC service call on our maintenance plan that identified a burner issues that led to selection of a new HVAC system and installation. From start to finish it was professional and friendly. We trust this team and couldn't be happier to have found a problem before it became an issue and then they moved quickly to address it. Gary was very respectful and friendly from the time he stepped into my house. After he finished the work, he cleaned up the area and removed all boxes and packing he had. Gary stuck around long enough to run the the furnace system to ensure it was working properly.

The service Tyler provided was AMAZING! He took the time to explain the work he completed, showing me exactly what was done. He answered all of my questions and even explained how the HVAC system works! Often, repair personnel assume that as a woman I have no interest or understanding of the work being done. Tyler was so exceptional that I signed up for the routine maintenance. I will always use Getzschman Heating and Air Conditioning for all my HVAC needs, and you should do the same!

Requested a annual furnace tube up. Service man came out and told me it was unsafe to run the furnace because there was too much carbon monoxide is the vent. He turned off my gas and told me I would need to replace my furnace. Decided to get a second opinion and they said the furnace was fine and it sounded like a scare tactic to talk me into a new furnace. Not all women are gullible enough to just take the word of a technician. Will never use this company again or suggest it to anyone else.

We have used Getzchmans for the past 2 years and have had only great experiences and every staff member you interact with are amazing (seriously from the customer service / appt desk, the installers and techs as well as salesman). This year we had to bite the bullet and buy a new HVAC system to be installed. The entire process with Getzchmans was fantastic. Tim & Paul(?) installed yesterday and worked diligently all day and had everything up and running before end of business day. They coordinated with Mike (electrician) and ensured we were up and running before they left. They were so thorough and efficient with the tear out of the old and install of the new- then provided me with the info I needed as well as answered my questions. The new system is wonderful - so much quieter and we’re looking forward to the efficiency as well. Getzchmans also has fantastic warranties and offer payment plan options that truly made making such a large purchase not so shocking to our account all at once. We can’t imagine using any other Heating & AC company- they are the best! Thanks again to Travis, Tim, Paul and Mike, and Sheryl and Heather too!
