Genesis Health Clubs - Westroads

With all the upgrades and the niceness of the interior of this gym the customer service is absolutely abhorrent. My sisters car was broken into at this gym on the one side of the building where there is no cameras. Note this wasn’t the first time they’ve had a break into a car with a smashed windshield. Yet they have no sign or anything to warn customers about this problem. Then just yesterday someone else’s car had been broken into with their window smashed. So don’t expect this location to care about you or your well being cause clearly they won’t even put in the most minimum of efforts to protect their customers. Go somewhere else the lifetime fitness is nearly the same price and actually has customer service.

There have been a few bumps with the remodel but for the most part this has been one of the best health club experiences I’ve had. The amenities are spectacular and when everything is up and running and the kinks are worked out, this gym will be a five star for sure!

I have been a member for almost 3 years and love this gym. I have had my personal trainer Casey since I started here. We meet weekly and he is awesome! Since Westroads reopened after the remodel, it looks beautiful, updated and I love it!

Genesis Health Clubs Westroads: The pool water is as blue as the sky, dances like crystals in the sun, and is refreshing for both the mind and body. The Genesis Team does an amazing job keeping the room and water temperatures adjusted during these crazy Nebraska winter weather days. I love this pool!

I went to this facility yesterday and was told that I needed to pay a $5.00 fee to workout. I told the person that I was a member and had never been ask to pay a fee before. He said something about it should have started in March or something. I just left and went to the club on 132nd without incident. This was around 6:30 and I didn't get the name of the person at the front desk but he was not helpful. What's the purpose of paying a membership fee each month and still being charge. Very frustrated.

Really nice facility after renovations. I originally went to the Shadow Lake location for initial sign up where they were very clear about this location being a premier location in the future. So the extra amount was clearly given. It’s got everything you’d want in a gym (need that sauna though!). Full pool, basketball court as well. Staff is awesome and friendly as well. Parking lot could use some work next 😁 Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful club, beautiful studios, and has awesome equipment for athletes, bodybuilders, and the general public. Cardio tennis is a blast if you haven't tried it and they have an excellent staff of personal trainers. Belle is awesome

Best gym in town and I've been to them all, including every Genesis in Omaha! But seriously, I've had a membership at all the other competition in the past but this place feels like home. I've also lost more weight in the shortest amount of time, with help from my awesome trainer Belle! 10/10 Recommend this gym/location!

I pay more than any other gym in town because it is a “premier” gym but there are no extra features compared to the other genesis locations. The shake/smoothie bar is consistently out products (more than 10 times have I not been able to order in the last 6 months). There is no dry sauna. The gym has been open for months but there hasn’t been one installed. So I feel like i am paying for amenities I am not receiving. The worst part of the gym is that it is not 24 hours. I pay an arm and a leg but I can’t work out most days because they close at 9 on weekdays and 6 on weekends.

First day back after 7 year hiatus was great! Newer facilities and plenty of machines.
