Fast friendly and the car was clean with a tank full.

Ok so you know how you fear dealing with people who know they have the control of the deal. Well not with these guys. They staff went above and beyond to help us out. They worked harmoniously with our insurance. Didnt treat us like another in out and go deal. The vehicle we recieved was a 2019. I mean come on, can you really complain about anything your driving when its that new. Take the time, come to these guys.

Enterprise had a nice kia rouge suv that they rented to me. It was way more affordable than the other local rentals. I only had to put 200.00 down and paid a low price for the day. I was refunded the 200.00 after i brought the car back. The car was sweet! It had back up cameras, that was a luxury for me! I ended up renting for another day with no hassels.Great staff!

Had a break down and needed to rent a vehicle. Had a wait 8 hours to get a vehicle and when I got it, it was dirty. Dried spills on seats, old food on floor mats (both front and back) from previous renters. When I commented on it, I was told 'well we try to keep them up but only get them detailed every few months'. I wasn't expecting detailed, just kept up, vacuum in between renters. To add insult it wasn't even gassed up. It had a third of a tank. I asked why it wasn't filled and they said it wasn't a big deal, just bring it back at a third of a tank....What? How do you manage that? Not impressed. I thought the deposit they required was so that they could clean it if it was returned dirty, fill it if it wasn't returned full etc. I've rented from Enterprise in the past, but not sure if I will in the future.

I've been renting from many different enterprise locations across the country and around the world for many years now, and always had a positive experience. However my experience at this location was absolutely terrible! The service was really slow and I had to wait over a hour for my car. And the staff were very unfriendly, and even tried to send me away without a car!

Friendly staff but have spent 3 days with a rental car with non working windshield wipers. Told us to take it to Firestone on Fort Crook Road which is horrible for service. When we returned the car Brandon was wonderful about refunding some of our money. These guys try and work hard to please their customers! Will use them again

Scott did a phenomenal job. Reserved a car online through priceline, and they didn't have the model class I had made the reservation for. Without blinking I was offered a free upgrade and was driving home within minutes. Great family business they have, love the positive vibes. Keep up the good work.

I'm going to say this is the most respectful way possible. This company has issues and its sad. I wanted to rent a car online we got one price. We went into the store they raised the price, then said they had no vehicles available. They bluntly will lie and are okay with not being honest to customers. In the end its okay we went through another company and had a great experience and much better price.

Awful experience. Received a priority reservation email from enterprise in conjunction with another party's insurance company's claim. Went through the process of reserving online and got a confirmation email. Went to pick the rental up this morning and was told there was no reservation and no cars available. Employee was rude, condescending and even when shown the paperwork claimed to not understand. He was unprofessional, unhelpful and insulting. Had to leave without a car. Enterprise responded yesterday. I emailed them my information as requested and never heard back.
