I made the reservation online almost a week in advance for a Jetta or similar car. They called to confirm the day before and I said I would be there when they opened. When I arrived there was only one car available, a Ford Fiesta. They said I could wait for a different car but I had to get to work. What's the point of making a reservation if they're not going to have the car you reserved?

Typical experience for me is "in and out." Quick, easy, and painless. If I have any suggestions for improvement it would be in the cleanliness of the cars. I am generally less worried about the outside appearance of the car (being spotless) as much as I am about having a clean front and rear windshield and side windows. For the second time, I've had to resort to cleaning my own interior windshield - I drove the car for 7 hours and all the way, could see a film on it, and the round "cup" marks left by a previous driver who used a radar detector (I guess). Unfortunately, I failed to check on or clean the rear windshield, and regretted it for the first half of my 7 hour drive back: it looked filmy and hazy, and I kept trying (without success) to turn on the rear defrost to clear it. All in a good job, but ever 3-4 renters, clean those interior windows, folks!!

Rented a car for the long weekend-- AWESOME experience!! Brandon was extremely courteous, timely and followed up as promised. I had a couple of specific needs for my family and he went out of the way to accommodate them. Met Van when picking up my rental--what a great team! We WILL be renting here again. Was driving from Cheyenne to Omaha. Had reserved a car from this location. I was running late my ETA was showing that I would be there right at or very shortly after 5pm on a Monday. I called the office at 4pm to ensure that I could still get my rental if I showed up after 5. The person on the phone assured me that I would be ok as long as I was not too long after 5pm. I arrived at 5:02, the doors were locked. Someone came to the door and said they were closed. He explained to me that their safe was time locked and there was no way to get a rental that night. I understand I was after hours. My issue is that I had called an hour before and was promised that I would have a car that night. Ended up having to drive another 20 minutes up the road to the airport to get a car there. Whoever I spoke with at the store straight up lied to us.

We raced back from Christmas to pick up a van for a post Christmas trip. I am an Enterprise rewards member and have been for years. I was informed immediately that they would not immediately take a debit card (with which I had paid a number of times previously). After 5 minutes or so, I was told how to make it work. One young man - who I presume was there to clean and fetch cars - did a lot of talking, but nothing to help. The other young man was moderately helpful. The van we received, upon the statement of the second young man, was a last minute fetch from "Performance" - I don't know where or what that is. The van seemed nice, but during our trip, we found out that the floor storage area lids were damaged. It also flashed that it needed its oil changed every time we started it - not comforting when embarking on a 1200 mile trip into the mountains. The van did work well (except for the floor storage areas) and was satisfactory for our trip. I understand that the two young men were working on the day after Christmas, so that explains some attitude issues (their attitudes were not bad - just clear that it was not where they wanted to be). I will likely rent again from Enterprise - I like their cars and have usually had a good experience. There was a young woman years ago named Jenny who was a great rep and extremely helpful. I hope, if she still works for Enterprise, that she is training and leading reps.

I had the best experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bellevue! Jonathan took great care of me and made sure that everything went smoothly. He nearly got me into a Challenger, but unfortunately it was being sold. The Altima was a good road warrior though. Thanks so much!

Where do I begin... we received a car that smelt like smoke which I am severally allergic & the car was dirty!!! Inside... had hair dirt something on dash I have NO idea what it was & then the front end sounded like it was falling OFF once we got on the hwy. once we got to our destination we had to trade it in for another rental...don’t go here parking lot is tooooo small don’t recommend. They need to move to another place room to turn around & room for customers. This one is closes to the base but to me it’s not worth the stress.

They gave me an upgrade for my status? Or maybe because its all they had to give me besides a compact car. I had an appointment to pick it up at noon, they did not want me there any earlier, I offered. I had to wait for them to pull the car in to wash it, a little frustrating. The worst part is that it smelled like smoke in this NON smoking car! Later I learn from MY CUSTOMER that the smoke smell is Marijuana! Hope the previous driver was fined for this!

Had to wait a long time for someone to wait on you, all the stores should be connected as far as availability. Talk to person behind the counter, call them to be connected 3 way. Such an unnecessary process and wasteful.
