Service was terrific; Hertz turned me down. I was back from Germany (active duty), my license was expired. Hertz told me he could assist me, came to Enterprise, did everything they could to let me rent one car.

We live in Omaha NE and have a hard time with customer service with a few of the Enterprises in the City. We have been using Enterprise for a few years now and drive the 25-30 minutes extra to Bellevue NE off Fort Crook Road Enterprise. For the most part I have had good experiences. However, this past week I had one of the BEST experiences I've ever had with them. Johnathan and Chris are amazing. 1st time meeting and interacting with Johnathan was positive. Generally in the past there were delays on checking my car once it was returned. However, the past 2 times and specifically this past week it was checked in right away which in turn returned my deposit so much faster. That is super appreciated especially with the holidays here. I have 2 more rentals ahead of me from them and I hope that I am able to continue to work with Johnathan through the process. He makes it so smooth and he is amazing. Thank you to the whole Bellevue NE Fort Crook Enterprise team even those of you I don't get to meet who are behind the scenes. You make it worth the extra time to drive to get to you. We had the Toyota Camry for 34 days while our Subaru was being repaired. On the second day of our rental, the tire pressure light came on. I filled the tire but two days later the light was back on. I reported the problem to our local Enterprise office and asked to swap out the car. They responded that they didn't have any cars and would not have any for at least a week. They told me to take the car to Firestone to have the tire repaired. I asked if they would put me on a waiting list for a different car which they said they would.

Great experience. The man who helped us was very professional and courteous. The car was nice and drove well. Very happy with it. Return was nice and easy. Greeted by a nice lady. I'd give them my business again - Enterprise, Ft Crook Rd, Bellevue Nebraska.

An absolute joke. Make sure you inspect your car to the fullest before you rent a car. Otherwise they will say you caused a scratch in the vehicle even though when you rented it, the car was filthy and not washed and when they said their was a large Crack, It took then forever to even find it. We had to have the guy that seen it come out and show the lady that rented us the car and show my husband..Also they kept our $300 deposit, and a claim to your insurance. We had the car a total of 8 hours to take our 12 year to a dr appt 4 hours away. Be careful. Will never go back.
