Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car prices are way too high looks like Enterprise hopped on the greed bandwagon . That car chip issue is not a big problem now .

Had an excellent experience at this rental location, Lateeka Branch manager made everything super easy. I can't say enough about how professional she was . You are in good hands with her. Thanks Enterprise and Lakeeta.

Fantastic customer service. The cars are always clean and most importantly if you make a reservation they will have your vehicle. Not like some location that give your car to someone else.

Terrible customer service and just a nightmare dealing w them so far. Long story short, was told they would have a car in about a week for me, nothing was set in stone but they would call me when there was a car ready. I failed to ask what location and was not provided with one. I tried calling a week later and was told I would need to contact the adjuster handling the car accident pertaining to the loaner. Was called today by enterprise to be told I missed my appt to pick up vehicle. I was never called or told about a vehcile being ready for me. I was also told there was nothing they could do for me after explaining this to them.

Had a poor experience was offered a discount. Asked about offer for trip to California. The manager blames district manager. Corbin was to call me and end of business Wednesday. No surprise no call. Poor customer service. Have not went into the situation with rental that was to give me a 25% discount.

The customer service here is excellent! They even came and picked me up from The Body Shop

Horrible experience. Already dealing with aftermath of having car stolen and then this. Spoke to Colby on 11/22 and explained i needed something under the $30/day my insurance allows. He said no problem and we made an appointment for 10am 11/25. Get there, waited, then told there is nothing they can offer me for that price. Not even a compact.

A+++++ What a great bunch of human beings!! Always willing to be there for you!! I also put the "Enterprise, we will pick you up" to the test!! Very, very true.. One less thing to worry about!! This will be my go-to rental car place!!

Last month I reserved a car with the Harney st location. I arranged to be picked up from my job site because my vehicle was in the shop. I called 2 hours before I got off to confirm. I was never picked up after numerous calls with the sites and the driver because they couldn't find my job but kept telling me they were there. My job is 10 min from this location but the last call I had with the driver who was to pick me up said he was 15 minutes away in Iowa from where my job was. It was very cold on this day and I was waiting outside. I ended up canceling the reservation with significant frustration and walked half way home. I called to file a complaint, was told someone would be in contact with me...but that never happened. Horrible service and no accountability to me as a paying customer. Won't ever use Enterprise again. Note a member of the BBB.

WOW. We had an absolutely amazing experience working with the entire team at this enterprise location! Katheryn, Corby and our driver Brandy were extremely kind, professional and helpful during our rental process! Katheryn even went out of her way to give us some amazing recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit while in Omaha! I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of a clean, dependable rental car!!! If I could give them more stars I would!!!
