Excellent staff checking out and when returning the vehicle. Were very helpful.

We wanted to surprise our kids for the day and rent a sports car because the weather was so nice out. We were able to get online and rent a Dodge Challenger. The reservation was accepted and it said it was at the airport. We drove all the way to Eppley Airfield and went to the customer service counter out in the parking garage. After going through the fiasco of switching the main driver because my significant other rented it with his bank card and you need a major credit card and I had the major credit card and because we are not married, we had to add me on as a main driver of course and because we're not married there was an upgrade fee for that and then we went through all of that and he told us oh we're way overbooked on sports cars today so we can't even give you that one. First of all, that's terrible customer service. Secondly yes you're way over booked on sports cars because you're allowed to rent it online without any notification that they aren't available. So we wasted 25 minutes getting to the airport and now 25 minutes getting home with no sports car. If we have any choice, we won't go back here again. This is not a way to do service. There needs to be a better way to order a rental car online and make sure that what you think you're renting online is actually what you're getting. Very dissatisfied! Jamie and Jarrod

I will give Enterprise Car Rental a five star. They have always been good to me and my wife. They should reward people with some perks when one rents a car as often as we have. It will be a long time before we have to get another rental.

As always, Enterprise’s customer service is top notch. Even when there’s a wait, they will acknowledge you. The steps to finalize the rental whether picking up or dropping off is efficient and painless. The reps are always gracious, energetic and knowledgeable. I can tell they enjoy what they do and it’s not just a “job” I appreciate my experience every time I rent a car and will always recommend your company to family and friends!

This was my first time for renting from Enterprise. It won't be my last. The car was comfortable, easy to drive and CLEAN. My previous rental from another firm, was dirty. My Enterprise rental was spotless. Also the staff is also wonderful. Friendly, helpful and professional. Enterpise will be the only company I will use for any future car rentals

We rented a seven seater to take a crowd to a family gathering. It was crazy expensive but cheaper than two cars would have been, and incredibly easy and efficient. Everyone was polite and friendly, and although we initially struggled with securing the child safety seat we got it done in only a few minutes. I guess all Enterprise staff should have a lesson or two in car seat installation! We had a good time and returned the car quickly and easily.

Great experience except the fuel tank was empty when I got into the car. I added more fuel then I needed so I lost some money

Since working in insurance for many years it is my habit to check Enterprise first. Most of the time I just trust their usual excellent and efficient service will occur. My latest rental was even better. My expectations were low due to news of "no cars available" or "raising prices when you arrive". These things simply do not happen at Enterprise.

Ready for me when I arrived at the Omaha Airport Enterprise. Gave me options within my vehicle class reservation, and changed me out of vehicle when representative notice scent (likely from smoking); and put me into similar vehicle. Agent was friendly and very helpful. Made experience very positive!

Be careful with your stuff when returning your rental car at this airport. They’re very dishonest.The car rental staff stole my Rayban sunglasses in less than 20 minutes from returning the car. I realized they weren’t in my bag and that I had left them in the little compartment in front of the shifter. I returned to where I dropped the car off rushing to try and make my flight and the staff lied to me saying the car was already taken to be cleaned (even though it was parked right there still and wouldn’t let me look for them) and just left me there. They only return items they don’t want. Enterprise “care” department is also worthless and just didn’t respond after reaching out from my initial review.
