Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My sister was in the hospital so I booked a one-way flight to Omaha, NE. I booked a vehicle through Enterprise and upon arrival at the Enterprise rental desk I was rudely greeted by a very unprofessional person! Not only was this person rude but she informed me that my Wells Fargo Debit card could not be used for renting a car...there was nothing in the online rental agreement that stated this. Luckily I had a credit card, what if I didn't? I fly over 1,400 miles and cannot get a car? Oh but it doesn't end there. I take paperwork out to the booth in the garage and the person there just looks at me and points down a row of cars. I said, which vehicle is mine? He said, "how many jeeps do you see". The jeep was filthy, inside and out. there was a cigarette burn in the seat, a message came up that it needed service and I had to stop and put air in one tire...three times that week! I have been a member with Enterprise and this is by far the worst rental car experience!

All employees go above and beyond to make someone’s day. Brooke was especially helpful, solutions oriented, and professional. This was hands down the best experience I have had at a rent-a-car at an airport. Keep up the great work!

The car was great but I was especially impressed with the people The person at the counter in Omaha came running (literally) out to my rental car with my cell phone when she realized I had left it on the counter. She could have left it there and eventually I would have retraced my steps back there. She saved me so much time and stress.

Awful! Rented a compact plus GPS for a four day wknd in Omaha for a family event. First they told me the didn’t have any GPS cars or a compact car for that matter. “Upgraded” me too a higher class of car which proceeded to break down the same day I picked it up! Then they told me they’re charging me for roadside assistance. Waited 2 hours and no one came to help me. Never again with Enterprise! The car is still broken down and I’m hoping they can get roadside assistance to me tomorrow. One of their agents who first booked the roadside service (which never arrived) actually hung up on me. I’ve never had a worse overall customer experience. Update: Kyle at OMA airport made up for my awful experience the next day. I originally reviewed and gave a 1 star. Kyle gets 5 stars because he actually cared about my customer experience and wanted to make it right. He brought me rating up for the company overall to 2 stars.

Overall experience wasn't too bad. They started asking for an emergency contact which apparently is mandatory but I tried to decline but kept getting pushed so I just made up a phone number for them. This is the 2nd year in a row that I rented from them and the windshield has been rather dirty. The passenger side you could barely see out of and the bottom of the drivers side was all smeared and hard to see out of. It made for driving in the winter storm a bit difficult, but something I'm starting to expect from this location. The vehicle only had about 12k miles on it, so it's hard to imagine why the windshield was so dirty. I'll likely start renting from another company as a different location is trying to charge me for damage on a vehicle I never actually drove. Enterprise, National and Alamo will be my last choices from here on out unless they compensate me for recent issues.

Once we walked a mile at the airport to find the car rental location on Omaha it was a total breeze! Getting the car and dropping it off in SLC was fantastic. We took the car back a day early and they adjusted the cost without being asked. So fast and friendly! We will use Enterprise again!

I had a 5 star experience with Enterprise at the Eppley Airport location in Omaha, Nebraska. Kyle was friendly and professional and handled my rental efficiently. While I have rented cars at this airport on numerous occasions in the past, August, 2022 was my first time renting there with Enterprise. Terrific customer service at both check-in and check-out. My experience with renting a car through Enterprise was fantastic! The Pick up in Omaha and the drop off at another location - in Lincoln, were both as smooth as could be. The agents were polite, helpful, and efficient. The vehicle was excellent as well.

The processes of picking up and turning in the vehicle were both seamless, and the employees we encountered were all very professional and courteous. It was later in the evening when we picked up the vehicle and it was for the most part clean. My only concern was that the windshield had a foggy film on it and I had to pull over and wipe it off before I could continue with our drive. Not something that you would necessarily notice during the day but it was noticeable driving at night. Other than that very slight thing, we had a great experience.

Rented this vehicle at OMA first of all there was no customer service representative from enterprise at there counter I had to go to other rental counter to get my rental. Then get check in and go dwn to pick up the rental I was told I had a pick of 2 vehicles, I pick to best out of the two which was great and as you can see from the pictures the rental was dirty which I know wasn’t wiped dwn for Covid if it looks like this in and out!!!!!! So disappointed when I use them often and have more pictures at that
