hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in . My room was never cleaned or restocked with towels we had to go get them . Beds were uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep because I could hear the elevators all night. Had breakfast sat morning in the restaurant it was cold under cooked and I was charged twice on my card . For the price of the meal it was horrible. No complimentary coffee till after seven am . I was there to watch my granddaughters dance Saturday morning walked into the convention room it had not been cleaned from the night before so me and my daughter and the crew from inferno cleaned all the trash up. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in .employees at the front desk were awesome that is the only good thing about this hotel for as much as I spent .

Disappointed. Two of the four members of my family were in a rush to get to a musical when we arrived, so we forgot to request a pack and play right away. When we got back, I asked my husband to call the front desk for a pack and play for our toddler to sleep in. They said they would send security up with one. Moments later my husband informed me there was no fridge. We had a small cooler of special foods for my dietary restrictions, so I called down to the front desk to ask for a fridge in addition to the pack and play. I must have gotten a different person, because the lady at the front desk told me there were no available pack and plays or fridges, and that I should have requested it at check in. Moments later, Security brought us a pack and play, so I don't know if the front desk lady lied to me or if the messages had simply gotten crossed and we got the last pack and play. Over all she seemed to not want to help. Also, I had assumed at booking that for the price we were paying every room would have a fridge. There is no microwave as well. I get that the main draw of the hotel is location, but every other Hilton hotel we've been to in the recent past has had a fridge and mic in every room and friendlier service. Haven't slept in the bed yet, but they seem fine. Edit: I JUST REALIZED THERE'S NO KLEENEX IN THE KLEENEX HOLDER IN THE BATHROOM. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm not calling the front desk to ask for any either, because she'll probably say they don't have any and I should have requested it at check in. 😂 Second edit: Just pulled up the covers and there are blood stains. Really disappointed we spent so much money on this room.

Absolutely awful. Tried to check into our room at 5:30pm, they charged our card but told us rooms weren’t ready yet but would be in time. We checked in often to see if our room was ready yet… it wasn’t. We ordered pizza to the lobby after about an hour with 3 hungry kids waiting. Sat at one of the only tables available with our kids to eat and were told we could not eat outside food there. So our kids had to eat pizza on the floor. We were not able to get into our room until 9pm after arriving at 5:30. Our room door was broken, gum on the carpet, and front desk wouldn’t answer the phone to assist with needing extra blankets for the night. The only accommodations that were offered were breakfast coupons that didn’t start until 7, but we had to leave prior to that for a baseball tournament. Manager was rather lacking in any sincerity over all of the extremely inconvenient issues we had. She wouldn’t even remove the $10 parking charge. We weren’t told at 5:30 we would be waiting for over 3 hours or we would have taken our hungry, tired kids somewhere else.

They get 5. Not because it's a five star hotel but it's what they do with what they have. This place is a great value and very well operated! I'm going back next week!

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. AN EMBARRASSMENT. ABSOLUTE RED NOSED CLOWN SHOW. Check-in at 3. Prepaid in full. Arrived at 8--room not ready! wow. My room was not ready until ONE A.M. They greedily overbooked, catering to an entire primary school (200 kids or so), treating them like VIP's as they ran wild for hours in the lobby while another 100 of us camped out in chairs canceling our stays via booking agent as there was ONE WOMAN, on a FRIDAY NIGHT with a line 20 deep for FIVE HOURS NONSTOP. I made several calls to my agent and the hotel itself. At one point I watched the single middle aged desk lady, Dawn, hang up on me. Compensation was a free breakfast ticket each day of my stay, having to gather crumbs after the ENTIRE PRIMARY SCHOOL ate everything, or eat along with them as if I were on a field trip. So generous! I used no profanity, I called no names. She is not the martyr here. It's as if this hotel never experienced a Friday night before! It's as if this school group gave no advance notice, as in reservations like everybody else! Even with teenage staff, at a coffee shop, food counter or grocery store when the line gets long --YOU OPEN ANOTHER REGISTER, or, you offer Overtime to staff, etc. My agent was way more helpful--some young woman at a call center in THE PHILIPPINES. The rooms have locked joiner doors between them that are PAPER THIN. When I woke at 6:30 a.m. to my neighbors cafeteria noise in the other room, who I thought might as well be in my bed, I gave the coffee maker a go---which was broken and filled with grey water. I noticed my toilet was still running, so like a cabin, I took off the lid, reached in and adjusted. Brushing my teeth, I noticed the SINK was BACKED UP. I called again--not so much as an apology, just automated labotomitzed responses..not even an offer to switch coffee makers!, just that I should call upper management and complain--who are cowardly, inept and unreachable. I quote, "..I just work here", she said. Real Hospital! Grade A Hospitality! Profound Empathy! Using the elevator, I actually saw GARBAGE inside it! Who in the, what, wherever?.. ---as in corner store bags with food waste! I'm a traveling salesman, I've been around the world. This was just BEYOND. I mean, when you make a dodgy Motel 6? look good? C'mon. What would make me happy?---A discount (I had to stay, otherwise I would have had to waste the following day (5 more hours) killing time waiting, driving in circles, sitting in a park like a homeless, for the check-in time at another hotel!). A discount would make me happy. A room upgrade. A couple drink tickets at the bar! An apology. They wayy overbooked and they know it, I witnessed the dialogue with school staff getting a refund on at least ten rooms in line. Don't you have a database? Nope, they put all those kids & teens in queen rooms before us in the kings. If that school staff member wouldn't have turned over those ten key cards, before my second major line wait at ONE A.M., I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN HAD A ROOM! Can you believe this? That this is a functioning business? That someone PAYS these people to work here? I PAID to STAY. It's the HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. NEVER AGAIN. Watch their reviews nosedive as they run their ship aground until the gas runs out! GO ELSEWHERE.

Made a reservation Thursday... arrived and had to wait in line since only one lady was working the front desk. Dawn handled it great... however after waiting a while we get to the desk and our room is not ready for another 15 minutes. It reminded me of that Seinfeld joke about being unable to hold a reservation.

I parked in the parking garage for a community event. Gate pay station ate my credit card and would not return. Hilton desk staff repeatedly lied about sending someone to check for card and blamed me saying signs said not to use card. When I appeared in person at desk and was insistent Frank met me and retrieve d card from gate box. Not sure why desk staff lied and blamed me. Must be corporate culture because I received @#$% from all three. Please fix your parking garage agreement with central parking or put up correct signage to view before entering structure. Gate box should not say insert card and have card graphics. Also retrain staff.

It was about what you expect from a Double Tree. Two big criticisms: 1) There was only ever one person working the desk, so sometimes you had to wait 20 minutes in line to get your parking validated (they were going as fast as one person could). 2) The people above us one night were yelling, screaming, fighting, and throwing things from 10pm until after 8am. I called the front desk 4 times and went down to the front desk 1 time, and all they would do was go ask them to be quiet. They should have kicked them out or called the cops, because I communicated that is was abundantly clear the woman in the room was being physically abused since I could hear her scream “you’re hurting me”. Every time I fell asleep, I was woken up 10-20 minutes later because of how loud the fighting was. I got no sleep. They did discount that night slightly, but I basically lost a day of my vacation because I was so tired. Overall it was fine though. Nothing special.

Staff was great but rooms were dirty, floor sides looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, sink and tub faucets were broken, bed was hard, very small size pillows, TV didn't work. Paid way too much for a dirty uncared for room.

When I arrived to my first room, there was water in the bathtub, sink was stained with nastiness, and also was clogged. I then requested a new room. They gave me a new room and it was better. The new room although had a plugged up shower drain and I found a wet towel in the shower curtains... Everything else was fine, but I will say the bathrooms were not great at all. I was grossed out majority of the time.
