Love the option of having a Women's Only section! Very kind. Great price. Other gym-goers have also been incredibly friendly.

They say $10 a month but that is a lie. I've been charged anywhere from $30-60. The facilities have awful locations for around omaha and they have maybe one of every bench/rack. Just spend the extra money to go somewhere else because they'll screw you out of it anyway. At least at other gyms you get what you pay for.

I had a complication with trying to cancel my membership because I'm moving and the staff was very understanding andgreat to work with! They are getting my refund and gave me an extra 2 months to use the gym membership and gave me a few free vip passes :)

Very disappointed in how they handled the Covid situation and members being able to cancel their memberships. I got charged over $100 in fees due to miscommunications among their company policy. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!

Great small group workout classes! Cristina is a very good Trainer and workout instructor! Great staff! The gym is very clean!

Love that there is a separate woman's area. Makes it easier to focus on working out instead of being cat called! Very clean environment and a great selection of workout equipment.

Features massage chairs, group fitness classes, personal training, a women's only exercise area, and a cardio theater in addition to the standard fitness club stuff. Staff are friendly and willing to take you on tours. Definitely recommend.

Bare-bones workout facility, clean, lots of treadmills and ellipticals. 6 upright and 6 recumbent bikes, women's only workout area as well. Very busy on weeknights, 5-7pm with inconsistent enforcement of gym rules (not "holding/saving" equipment between reps. Much easier to move around and available equipment midday.

Bluemoon fitness is really good but be aware about the pure core trainers in there they ripping ppl. One of the worst organizations. A trainer John talk to me and get me signed in at bluemoon gym at center and 90th omaha Ne, before signing i told him that i just want to try training for 2 months. I paid him on spot for 2 months, and after sign up he said some other trainer tanner will take care of you. I got little suspicious but he said the other trainer is the expert as per your fitness goal so I accepted. But when i talk to the other trainer he mentioned that he dont have me on his schedule so it is 15 days now and i have not got a single session yet. So i decided to call customer support and explained them that hey i paid for the training can you please give me a trainer they said we have logged your complaint and you will hear from us in 3 days, frustrated i am asked them to cancel the all session and give me my money back at that point they told me that i am signed up for 12 months contract. That was a shock because as i mentioned, i clearly said at the time of signup, that i am trying only for 2 months and then i will decide if i like the result I might think to signup for long term but trainer never bother to mention that its a contract and there is $325 termination fee and next month subscription amount. So in short they have my money but not providing me any service and not refunding my money either. I tried to contact the person who signed me up but No body is picking up my call. Suggestion: don’t sign up with them is the best option but if you do then make sure you dont just talk abt the things get them in writing any thing they are promising. And get the direct contact of the person who is signing you up cuz if you dont then they will play games with you.
