Blue Moon Fitness - Omaha Central

A well maintained clean club with friendly employees.......only thing I don't like are the snarkey signs warning members about undesired behaviors. Kind of insulting just to have to read them.

I was told I could pay month by month and that I could cancel. I was never told that my payment would go up to 40$ or that I would be charged 21$ for a “yearly fee” when I’m already paying monthly. They want me to pay $50 to cancel when I was told that there would be no charge for canceling when I signed up. That seems to me to be more of an employee problem if anything. I want my account closed. I was told the exact opposite of what I’m experiencing with this membership. If I was told wrong that’s a company problem. NOT mine.

Been member at 24hr fitness- ymca- anytime fitness very impressed & suprised the cleaning staff is there and showers are very cleaned and members are friendly and like the woman area but wished there was more weight plates and benches and the lighting is life saver because it's automatically think is greatest from all the gyms been too . The 11 30 to 130pm is perfect time as there's less people and will mess with the times to see if is still like that smooth sailing. THE MASSAGE chairs are the icing on the cake is way better than those fancy gyms I paid in the past and cheaper.

If I could I would give this zero stars. Let’s start off by saying I have been overcharged 4 times now for something I never signed up for. I was never informed of it and even better so many people have not been informed it’s a complaint on the better business bureau website. Blue moon fitness is a scam and now I’m going through the process to dispute through my bank and the BBB. I will never recommend this location or business to anyone and if someone tells me they belong I will tell them my terrible experience just so they know it’s not an honest business. I’ve added what the BBB has to say and I recommend you highly consider looking at a different gym

Love this place! Very clean. Friendly atmosphere. MUCH cheaper than 24HR Fitness and has everything they have minus pool and BB court. Could use a couple of core balls.

The staff at Blue Moon excel in every aspect. The are very driven to help you accomplish your goals from weight loss to toning to showing how to correctly train. Love this gym!

My wife and I love this place. Getting into shape was a real pain with the over-inflated fees for gyms with services I didn't want to use and long distances to cover in order to work out.. Home videos were decent, but it was after seeing this company move into the neighborhood that we both got excited and ran in as soon as possible to sign up. This location of Blue Moon has friendly staff who will listen to your complaints and deal with them responsibly. No cement heads are welcome at this gym - that was a selling point for me as I always want to chuck a plate at the guy putting on a show, breaking my concentration, and giving himself a hernia. It must be said that there's a friendly community in this gym without knowing anyone's name. Regulars are respectful of the gym and I've seen more than a few take it upon themselves to stack weights that were not theirs to begin with or shut off screens on cardio machines. I enjoy belonging to a gym where people treat the equipment like its their own, wiping it down and setting it back up for the next person. I enjoying equally belonging to a gym where you can feel great about who you are and the progress that you're making. Thank you 84th & Center Blue Moon!

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I been paying for the VIP membership. When I went to cancel everything seemed fine I paid their fee no problem and till now 4 months later they still charge me the monthly membership. I been trying to contact then and going in and yet to get anything back and the manager never returns any of my calls. Their equipment is also getting old and doesn't work as expect it.

Great gym. Not to big not to small. Everyone is so nice. Cristina is such an amazing trainer. I’m happy to see her. Honestly don’t see myself training with someone else other and her.

Blue Moon staff makes you feel really welcome and takes an interest in your fitness goals and will help you devise a plan to meet those goals. It's more personalized than any other gym I've joined here.
