Best Western Plus Midwest Inn

I love the pool. It is so kid and family friendly. I liked that it stayed open until 11. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms were excellent also. Beds very comfortable. This management has done it right.

Person at check in was not very pleasant. I started in a room that smelled of mould, but was moved to a better room. Room was nice, and clean. Breakfast and pool area were good. Overall it was a decent stay, with a few bumps.

Beds are comfy, kids enjoyed the pool, the building is freezing as well as the room. For the price they charge on a Saturday night you would expect at least a warm place to relax! Addressed the issue of the room being cold with the front desk but of course that went no where just okay I will contact the manager and then nothing…the thermostat is reading 80 but feels like 65. Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean we wanna feel it inside. Very Disappointed!

The pool was very fun for KIDS however all kids ended up with scrapes and cuts and even started bleeding due to the roughness of the bottom of the pool. The slides were fun and the hot tub was fine, not great for kids over the age of 10 because it only reaches to 3ft. The food was decent staff was nice.

We ha e always had good experiences staying here. Great pool for kiddos and nice breakfast 😋

We stayed for 4 nights while having some truck repairs at kenworth, the staff was friendly and the rooms are great, plus there's restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance, they also have a indoor pool

Booked and paid for a king room with sofa bed. Received a standard room with queen bed and a chair. I tried to rectify this with the from desk staff but they claimed they didn't have a king bed with sofa available and it was near impossible to get any kind of credit for the lesser room. Pay extra attention to the details when booking online! Lesson learned that I'll need to ask to see the room before paying!!

A friend & I were planning to stay 2wks. (we've stayed many times before)we're from out of town & I arrived first and was told I had to leave premises rudely.Because I wasn't allowed to wait for friend. I have never been treated like that from ANY BUSINESS and will never return.

The pool floor is rough, bring water shoes. I had a good gash out of my pinky on my hand , kids feet and knees scraped, the pool water I would say wasn't the most pristine but what would you expect with so many kids in it, great slides but a pool not really for swimming. The hot tub is the hottest tub I've been it, couldnt go past my knees. The hotel was nice and clean , as was super cheap for the splash pool and free breakfast. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The exercise room was being used for storage. The restaurant is only open wed to sun.

Phone cords in the bed which means don't count an clean linens Exercise room being used for construction storage. Patio full of lumber and saw dust. Pool and hot tub surfaces breaking up kids better wear pool shoes pain come off the slides with your kids. I'm guessing the pay on arrival was shut off because Expedia has been issuing refunds . But at least the desk gets a good laugh if you stop by to tell them your stay was unacceptable
