Location near main roads. Clean and modern room. Above average free breakfast. Decent pool and hot tub. Free parking.

I stayed here on 8-8-22, and it is the worst hotel experience of my life! Staff is not trained on even the basics, and couldn’t even handle a credit card. I was charged twice for the same room, and to beat it all they didn’t even charge me the correct rate! No management present-staff was instructed not to call on mgmt days off. Rooms are adequate , but hotel is aging with lack of care. Spent 5 hours dealing with corporate and hotel staff trying to straighten charges out! Employee at check In (Santos) does not seem to deal with public well -offered no assistance until I got corporate involved! She told me there was nothing that could be done after charging me twice ($350) for the room-and she wouldn’t accept my confirmed rate! BEWARE BEWARE- this hotel is totally off the rails. There are plenty of better hotels right here that offer a much better experience and value!

The hotel has a wonderful kids swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing. Never had so many choices for breakfast before. The hotel is clean and looks well maintained. Will probably stay there again, especially if they update their mattresses.

Bed sheets had stains. Towels had stains. Cabinet did not close on refrigerator. Bed was not very comfortable. Shower functions was weak water and difficult to get water temperature correct. The pool was absolutely disgusting. There were floating dirt and hair throughout the entire pool. You could smell the chlorine from the front office all the way on the opposite side of the hotel. When I asked for 2 extra towels the front desk clerk asked me if I had brought back my other towels before I could get more. But the housekeeping never cleaned our room on the morning after our first night. I won't be recommending this hotel anytime in the future.

When we arrived we were a little worried. The lobby hasn’t been remodeled yet and it smells a little strange. The elevators are also very old, but they work. Once we got up to our rooms we were thrilled. The rooms have been recently remodeled and were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom were clean. The room had a working mini fridge and a microwave. The room did not have USB outlets, so be sure to take your own charging bricks. There is a Target just down the street if you forgot anything! 15 min from the zoo and the SAC museum/wildlife safari, very close to the Storm Chasers stadium. Breakfast was wonderful. It was crowded and there were lots of kids, but the food was great. We went to the pool/water park. It is very loud and can be a little overstimulating, but my 8 year old had a blast. As others have said, the bottom of the pool is very rough. Water shoes wouldn’t be a bad idea. The pool doesn’t get very deep, but we played for a few hours on the slides and floating raft/lily pad that were in there. The hot tub was also nice. We will stay there again.

This location is well managed! The pool area is fantastic for kids! The hot tub is actually hot! The rooms were clean and will maintained. The beds were comfortable. All the complaints on the reviews on here seemed to be taken care of which means the management actually cares.

Planning for the zoo? Your kids will love it here! Adults without kids, not worth the stay. Coffee, coffee maker, elevator, water pressure, and cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Kids will only notice the amazing custom pool that worked without flaw at a max depth of 3ft. The pool water was warm, the hot tub was HOT, towels were clean and readily available, with pool hours 7am-10pm. Late check out at noon with only a 10minute drive to the zoo and a nice full breakfast. Peanut allergy and tree nut people beware! Lots of nuts in the food area

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! bed bugs, and the lady at front desk was yelling at me threw the phone! I will never return here again! Do not bring your families here!!! Worst staff ever! And they overcharge customers based on there skin color and gender, never go here!

I had a reservation for a whirlpool room booked for my son's birthday and I called to book another room for a family member whomever answered the phone that am started telling me that there wasn't a way I could get a close room to me that had what I was requesting. I repeated the information and asked her why I could not reserve a room the same day as it was two weeks away she rudely put me on hold without saying anything comes back on saying like I told you we have room 1hundred something. Now first off I have no idea where my room would even be at and how would she know this far in advance she was clearly having a bad morning and I ask her why she puts me on hold without saying anything to me....she hangs up. So I call back and ask her why she hung up on me....she hangs up on me again....I called back and asked for her name and she refused to give me her name or her managers name and hangs up on me again. I contact the corporate number and file a complaint and tell them what she has done and instead of some one contacting me with an apology her and her gm cancel my reservation and put me on the list that I can not rent a hotel room here. Steer clear of this place...there are so many places that you can go to other than here who wants to spend hard earned money on a place with incompetent individuals like this.

Room was a decent price but the incidental fee was ridiculous. This is an older, ran down hotel. No way I’m paying $250 for incidentals. Save your money and go somewhere nicer.
