On the weekend their were many families and small children enjoying the in-door pool and plentiful breakfast buffet. It was a little messy and crazy with all the excited kids.

friendly professional staff. clean comfortable beds. clean well stocked room. excellent hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, pancakes, and the regular bread/muffin/fruit/cereal offerings. highly recommend.

Lamp didn't work. My room was cold even after turning the heat to 85 degrees. Felt the front desk agent gave me a bad room. He wasn't friendly at all. Disappointed and not worth the money!

Asked for same room 2x. Was told yes until I got here. 944pm. Female was rude!!! Didn't acknowledge I was diamond member no water no same room. I will stay up by the airport next time. Don't get room 308 smells moldy and needs tlc. 20 hour drive just over whelmed with this disappointment

The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were nice, beds were really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re traveling with pets. I confirmed that I had mine with me when booking, and was given my “total” for the stay. When we arrived they tacked on an additional pet fee that nearly doubled our total, and said the reservation was nonrefundable so we had no choice but to stay. There seemed to be several other disgruntled pet owners in the morning as we were leaving. We travel through Nebraska regularly to see family - in the future, we’ll stop at one of the several other options that charge a tiny fraction for pets and are up front about their fees and policies.

Nice rooms. Beds were comfy. Nice pool for the kids to play in for a get away. Also has great breakfast on main level that's included we will go back.

Hotel was at full capacity, not a single room available. It was labor day weekend though. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was cool but if you plan on swimming, you need watershoes. The floor of the pool is rougher than any surface I've ever walked on. Your feet and knees will get tore up pretty bad especially if you use the water slide. I wouldn't recommend letting your child use the small slide. The water is shallow and their feet/knees/butt will hit the bottom and get scraped for sure. The hot breakfast was delicous the one day. I didn't realize the stop time for breakfast during the week was 9am compared to 10 on the weekend so we missed breakfast the last day we stayed. That really sucked. Probably would stay there again only after unsucessfully trying other locations first.

We booked this hotel for the fun pool for our daughters birthday as I'm sure many do. I booked directly through the Best Western website and was under the impression that my card was charged at the time I made the reservation a couple weeks ago. When I arrived there was only 1 person working the front desk on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait about 20 minutes to be assisted. A second lady showed up in the front desk area and was assisting the 1 lady that was doing everything alone. She is the one that called us up to check us in. She let us know that there would be a $250 deposit to be refunded upon checkout at which time I asked if I would be able to receive an invoice that stated so. The lady behind the desk became very nasty right away and pointed to a camera behind her and said "No there's no receipt, we are being recorded. Just don't smoke or damage the room! " She then stated I was going to be charged for the room and the total to be charged was the deposit amount and the room charge. I asked her why it was that amount and said that I had already paid for the room. Instead of attempting to calmly explain to me that I had not been charged yet, she decided to again raise her voice and said "You have had an attitude the entire time I've been helping you and I'm not even on the clock or working today! You don't have to stay here! " I would like to point out that I was asking all of my questions calmly and was not taking any sort of tone with this lady and was very confused by this. I told her 2 different times that I was just trying to get checked in and she continued to yell at me. I calmly told her I would figure out what happened on my own with the booking and call my bank if I see a double charge and that I just have anxiety about getting things in writing. At which point she thought I mumbled something under my breath because I was bending down to grab my purse at which point she said "What did you say to me?! " I eventually was able to find my reservation email and saw that the dollar amount matched what was going to be charged and was able to put the pieces together on my own that I had not been charged yet. But this lady had to interest in helping and had only said I booked a "pre-sale" I have no clue what a pre sale is or what it means. If you would like to look at the video on the camera that she rudely had to point out to me, you will see I was not trying to give her a hard time and was genuinely confused. She wanted to hurry up and be done with me because she decided to work off the clock on her day off. Our kids enjoyed the pool, however I had no interest in sticking around for breakfast in the morning as I did not want to be yelled at again by this terrible lady. I have never felt so unwelcome by a hotel. I already knew that Best Western was terrible as I've seen plenty of bad reviews. I just wanted my daughter to have a fun birthday and I knew that our reservation was non-refundable so we stayed. I am begging you to please find staff that actually enjoys the business of hospitality. It's thanksgiving weekend and the holidays are already very hard to go through for a lot of people. It doesn't take much to be kind and answer a couple of billing questions for a confused guest.

We stayed the night before a zoo visit. We were able to check in by 2:30 pm and get to the pool by 3:00 pm. My nephew loved the water slides and the floating jump pads. He spent 3 hours swimming and was forced to leave the pool for dinner. Our rooms on the 7th floor were clean and looked newly renovated. I asked for rooms close by, and they gave us 714 & 715, which were close to the pool elevator. Breakfast highlights were the waffles and the yogurt dispenser. The rest of breakfast was typical for Best Western: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Cons of this hotel (None of which made our stay worse): The exercise room is under renovation (Which did not take away from our stay) 1 out of 2 rooms on the 7th floor had low water pressure (Since we stayed one night, it did not bother us) Some of the furniture looked worn(couches in the main area, footstools in rooms) (Did not take away from our stay) Elevators are out of date but still work.
